Southern Debutante Assembly will present nominees

The Southern Debutante Assembly will present its 2018 honorees at its annual Presentation and White and Gold Ball, which will be held Dec. 28 at the Greenwood Country Club in Greenwood.

The group of young ladies to be presented includes:

Kendall Glenda Causey, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Kendall Causey Jr. of Jackson. She is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Paris of Oxford and Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Kendall Causey of Cleveland. A graduate of Jackson Preparatory School, Miss Causey attends the University of Mississippi in Oxford, where she is a member of Chi Omega sorority. Her father will present her at the ball.

Caroline Louis Parker, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William Bruce Parker of Meridian. Her grandparents are Mrs. James Louis Griffin Jr. of Laurel and the late Mr. Griffin and Mrs. Edwin Lewis Parker III of Inverness and the late Mr. Parker. Having graduated from the Lamar School in Meridian, Parker attends the University of Mississippi in Oxford, where she is a member of Chi Omega sorority. Mr. Parker will present his daughter at the ball.

Coursey Lynn Pitts, daughter of Mrs. Mark Jackson Cowart and Mr. Walter Coursey Pitts, both of Indianola.

She is the granddaughter of Mr. Allen Leon Holloway and Mrs. Edgar André Delas, both of Indianola, and the late Mr. and Mrs. William Mitchell Pitts, also of Indianola.

Pitts graduated from Indianola Academy and is furthering her studies at the University of Mississippi in Oxford, where she is a member of Chi Omega sorority.

She will be presented by her father.
