Wednesday evening’s protest along Cotton Row in Cleveland was both peaceful and emotional.
Sunflower County NAACP Chapter President Charles Modley had an opportunity to speak to the crowd of dozens of protesters, but Rev. Carey Sparks held the crowd for most of the evening.
There was one person noticed by The E-T who became unruly and was escorted away from the march by police officers.
Enjoy below some of the scenes captured by E-T Publisher Bryan Davis and Dominick J.N. Bellipanni.
