I went to the doctor this morning.

When I left the doctor, I stopped by Walgreens to pick up my medicine.

As I was standing in line awaiting my turn with two people in front of me and me being the last, I looked to my left and saw that they had the single bottles of Dasani water on sale.

My favorite brand. (Catch that.)

The Gentry High School Jobs for Mississippi Graduates Student of the Week is Michael Beckworth Jr. The senior Indianola native plans to pursue a career in law and justice upon graduating. Britt at Rotary

Indianola Chamber Main Street Board President Cherrie Lynn Britt spoke to the Indianola Rotary Club this week about the Chamber’s new 2020 anti-littering initiative Slam Dunk the Junk. The Chamber is partnering with multiple donors, volunteers and the city of Indianola to address rampant littering in the city.



Richardson visits Lions Club

Lion Brady Smith brought Robin Richardson as his guest this past Wednesday.  Richardson is the County Director of the USDA Farm Service Agency in Sunflower County, a position he has served in for over almost 33 years.  Richardson followed Lion David Jenkins into that position in 1987.  He gave an overview of FSA programs applicable to Sunflower
