Lion Randy Randall brought Carol Rose as his speaker to Lions Club last Wednesday (Dr. Sammy Rose also attended with Carol). Carol spoke on her vision challenges since her stroke two-and-a-half years ago.

Picking up another pair of basketball wins this past week, the 16-5, 5-0 Gentry High Rams will take to the road twice for Region 3-4A games in the upcoming days.

Unified in Music Christmas Celebration

SCCSD is proud to announce their Unified in Music Christmas Celebration at 6 p.m. tonight at the MDCC Fine Arts Auditorium, Moorhead 38761. SCCSD bands and choirs from Gentry High School, Robert L. Merrit Junior High and Ruleville Central High School will participate. Admission is FREE.

 




Cops and Robbers December 13, 2018

Indianola police made the following arrests,

On Dec. 5 at 12:26 a.m., Donald Delaney, 43, 224 West Gresham St., was arrested and charged with possession of crack cocaine and possession of marijuana (first offense) after police made a traffic stop on a 2006 Buick LaCrosse near Front and Main streets.
