They also toured several countries in Europe including Switzerland, England, France, Italy and Germany -- where they were able to view the German production of “The Passion Play.”
The couple raised three children: Daphne Smith Cobb of Gulfport; Carol Smith Rose (Sammy) of Indianola; and Jerry Smith of Jackson. There are many nieces and nephews in the family and all share a special love for her.
Bonnie was a lifetime member of First Baptist Church in Indianola where she looked forward to every service. She was a member of the Chapel Sunday School class and took great pride in her love for the Lord. She enjoyed family and friends and was able to keep up with the day-to-day happenings of all of them through Facebook, despite the coronavirus shutdown.
The world has lost a great lady and heaven has found an angel. We miss you Bon Bon!
