We're seeing a brief break in the rain today, but clouds will yield to rain tonight into Thursday; lows will fall to the upper 40's and lower 50's.
Periods of rain will continue throughout the day Thursday, with some heavier downpours at times, especially Thursday night into Friday. Overall, rainfall totals will range from 1-3 inches, with some locally higher amounts, especially to our south. Rain will begin to taper off Friday morning into the afternoon. Highs will be in the upper 50's Thursday, lower 50's Friday.
We will see a short break in the rain Saturday with highs in the lower 50's along with a mix of sun and clouds. The front will lift northward Sunday, bringing warmer temperatures with highs in the lower 60's, along with showers and a few storms.
Another risk for storms arrives Monday afternoon and evening, and there are indications there could be some strong to potentially severe storms with this system. This is something we will monitor over the coming days.
Most of the storms will exit early Tuesday, but an active pattern will remain in place through mid-week...God bless
