Services for Frankie Lee Pleas of Indianola were at 1 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 27 at Persimmon Grove Missionary Baptist Church, Sunflower.
Mr. Pleas, 46, died Sunday, Oct. 20, 2019 at University of Mississippi Medical Center, Jackson.
Visitation was from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. Friday, Oct. 25 at Dillon Funeral Home, which was in charge of arrangements. A second visitation was held from noon until service time Saturday at the church.
Burial was in Indianola Memorial Gardens.
Pastor Lamar Shaw officiated at the services.
Mr. Pleas is survived by his mother, Peggy Pleas of Indianola; his father, Frank Pleas of Florida; one daughter, Jasmine Brown of Brandon; two sons, Octavius Brown of Brandon and Zarquavious Sanders of Jackson; two brothers, Lecandrick Pleas of Memphis and Eddie Shaw of Indianola; five sisters, Tamesa (Perry) Pleas-Parker of Horn Lake, Veronica (Cozing) White and Maria Willaims, both of Chicago, and Theresa Pleas and Barbara Williams, both of Indianola; and a host of other relatives and friends.
