Services for Arika J. Cook of Indianola were held at 2:30 p.m. Saturday, April 4, at Christian Fellowship Church of God in Christ, Indianola. Burial will follow at Riverside Memorial Gardens.
Ms. Cook, 48, died Sunday, Mar 22, 2026.
Visitation was from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. Friday, April 3, at Byas Funeral Home, Indianola, which is in charge of arrangements.
Elder Elijah Walker officiated at the services.
Ms. Cook is survived by: her parents, Alice Martin and Frank Cook; two sons, Xavious Conard and Christian Conard; one daughter, Brianna Modley; five sisters, Latasha Woods, Carolyn Cook, Shaiveisha Brown, Octavia Ellis and Yevette Ellis; and a host of other relatives and friends.
