Services for Charles Sample of Inverness were held at 2:30 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 8, at Union Grove Church of Moorhead. Burial followed at Riverside Memorial Gardens.
Mr. Sample, 72, died Tuesday, Oct. 28, 2025.
Visitation was held from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. Friday, Nov. 7, at Byas Funeral Home, Indianola, which is in charge of arrangements.
The Rev. Earl Reed officiated at the services.
Mr. Sample is survived by: five brothers, Eddie Sample, Robert Sample, Larry Sample, James Sample and Michael Sample; three sisters, Dorothy Cole, Gwendolyn Latevi and Sandra Scott; and a host of other relatives and friends.
