Services for Christopher L. Gilson of Mayfield, Ohio, formerly of Indianola, were held at 2:30 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 22, at Word of Life Church of God in Christ, Indianola. Burial followed at Riverside Memorial Gardens.
Mr. Gilson, 47, died Thursday, Nov. 6, 2025.
Visitation was held from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Friday, Nov. 21, at Byas Funeral Home, Indianola.
Bertram Bailey officiated at the services.
Mr. Gilson is survived by: one brother, Willie Price; four sisters, Temeca Gilson, Catosha Bailey, Eika Gilson and Keisha Turner; one daughter, Kaitlyn Marie Gilson; and a host of other relatives and friends.
