Back to School Revival
The Central Fellowship of the Mississippi and Western Tennessee District Council would like to cordially invite the public to its Back to School Revival, which will be hosted by Greater Harvest Worship Center, located at 3801 U.S. 49E South in Greenwood. This event will be held at 7 p.m. FRIDAY, JULY 18. The speaker will be Evangelist TaIsha Miller, the co-pastor of Greater Harvest Worship Center. Free school supplies will be given to those in attendance.
Preaching Truth to Power
Jesus Is The Way Seventh-Day Adventist Church, located at 600 Church Avenue, Indianola, continues their week-long “Purpose of Prophecy Series: Preaching Truth to Power” at 6:30 p.m. nightly FRIDAY, JULY 18 and SATURDAY, JULY 19. Pastor David Shaw will serve as the speaker for the occasion.
Annual Walk-A-Thon
Greater New Jerusalem COGIC announces that their Annual Walk-A-Thon will take place SATURDAY, JULY 19. Lineup will commence at 7:30 a.m. at the church, located at 1111 Garrard Avenue, Indianola, and participants will start walking at 8 a.m. They encourage you to come walk for change and support families affected by gun violence – let’s make a difference together!
Gospel Explosion
Mt. Olive M.B. Church, located at 138 Charlie Ellis Road, Indianola, cordially invites you to bring your singing voice and join them at their annual Gospel Explosion at 6 p.m. SATURDAY, JULY 19. They welcome all voices, from individuals to choirs, and look forward to everyone having a Hallelujah good time!
Annual Revival
St. John M.B. Church hopes you will join them for their Annual Revival to take place at 7 p.m. nightly JULY 29-31. Assistant Pastor Minister Eugene Pearson Jr. will deliver the Word each night, with uplifting worship and guest choirs. Soloists include Christila Strong (Tuesday), Marion Cork (Wednesday), and Marcus Hampton (Thursday). Wednesday is “Next Generation Revival Night,” featuring youth-led worship and a free book bag and school supply giveaway for all youth in attendance. All are welcome to experience these Spirit-filled services at 235 Woodburn Road, Inverness.

St. John M.B. Church, located at 235 Woodburn Road, Inverness, announces their Men and Women’s Day to take place at 11:30 a.m. SUNDAY, AUG. 3. Dr. Ora Starks from Endtime Encounter Ministry, Indianola, will be the guest speaker at this blessed event.
