Free First Friday
Film Fellowship
At 7 p.m. FRIDAY, OCT. 4, First Presbyterian Church, 311 Catchings Avenue, Indianola, is hosting their monthly free First Friday Film Fellowship in which a movie is viewed and discussed. This month's film won the Academy Award for Best Picture and deals with ethnic bigotry. "There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free, there is no male and female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus" (Galatians 3:28). Everyone 13 and older is welcome to gather in the FPC Fellowship Hall for popcorn, soda, and a discussion of the film's cultural and religious issues.
