Annual Men Day Program
St. Peter Missionary Baptist Church, 432 Sunflower Road, Sunflower will sponsor their Annual Men Day Program at 2 p.m. Sunday. The guest minister will be Pastor Marcus Tenner of Old Jerusalem Missionary Baptist Church of Greenville.
Pastor Aid Program
We the members of the Pilgrim Rest Missionary Baptist Church cordially invite you to our Pastor Aid Program at 2:30 p.m. Sunday. The Guest Speaker will be Rev. Timothy Wright of New Jerusalem Missionary Baptist Church in Ruleville. We are asking for your prescence and support to help make this program a success.
Coffee and Fellowship
The Women of First Presbyterian Church of Indianola will host two speakers from French Camp Academy at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 13 for coffee in the church's fellowship hall. The speakers are Margaret Mailman and Sylvia Dickson. Everyone is welcome to come and partake in coffee, fellowship and informative activity.
Annual Revival
New Providence will be lifting up the name of Jesus in Annual Revival starting at 7:30 p.m. nightly September 11 through September 15. Our very own pastor Rev. E. C. Pitchford will be the speaker for the week. Thanking you in advance for spiritual participation.
Annual Women in Red Program
We affectionately invite you to our annual “Women in Red Day” at 2:30 p.m. Sunday, September 17 at The First United Baptist Church of Moorhead. Our speaker is Evangelist Pamela Hilton, an associate minister of the Mount Pleasant Church of Duckhill, where the overseer is Minister Terri Barnes. Our theme and scripture this year is “Dressed, Directed, and Determined for Destiny”; Ephesians 1:11, In Him we are chosen, having been predestined according to the plan of Him who works out everything in comformity with the purpose of his will.
The Delta Sings Gospel
Raising our voices to raise awareness of PAD (Peripheral Arterial Disease). There will be an afternoon of inspirational music and free PAD screenings. This event will begin at 2:30 p.m. at the Washington County Convention Center, 1040 South Raceway, Rd., Greenville. It will be hosted by Dr. Bobby Jones, Dr Foluso Fakorede and the Nashville Super Choir. Free Health Screenings for PAD will be from 2:30-4:30 p.m. Starting at 4:30 p.m. until 6:30 p.m. there will be a free concert featuring Dr. Bobby Jones and the Nashville Super Choir.
