The following persons were booked into the Sunflower County jail Nov. 4-12:
On Nov. 4 at 5:58 p.m., Jacoby Lee, 21, 810 Airport Road was arrested and charged with manslaughter (without malice/not heat of passion), hit and run accident and violation of the duty of a driver involved in an accident.
On Nov. 4 at 9:25 p.m., Clarissa Chinique Tripplett, 41, 202 Wiggins Road was arrested and charged with simple assault (causing bodily injury).
On Nov. 5 at 1:51 a.m., R’Vant J. Herron, 23, 170 Park Ave., Drew was arrested and charged with receiving stolen property.
On Nov. 5 at 2:17 p.m., D’Martayvous Edwards, 24, 603 Hanna Ave., was arrested and charged with violation of drug court rules.
On Nov. 6 at 11:30 a.m., Dennis Coleman Jr, 28, 801 Birch St., Ext., Moorhead was arrested and charged with simple assault (to put fear by physical menace) and simple domestic violence.
On Friday at 9:24 a.m., James Thomas Hatcher, 57, 3619 U.S. Highway 61 North, Cleveland was arrested and charged with public drunkenness.
On Saturday at midnight, Lemarcus Banks, 23, 125 Green Ave., Drew was arrested and charged with two counts of aggravated assault (use of a deadly weapon or other means).
On Sunday at 6:41 p.m., Jeffrey Wright, 18, 411 Mimosa Drive was arrested and charged with grand larceny.
On Sunday at 10: 46 a.m., Lamarquis Deshawn Minton, 33, 725 Hoover St., was arrested and charged with shoplifting.
On Monday at 9:47 a.m., Nicholas Price, 32, 216 Herman Johnson St., was arrested and charged with contempt of municipal court (failure to appear), simple assault (attempt by physical menace to put another in fear of imminent serious bodily harm) and simple domestic violence.
On Tuesday at 1:43 p.m., Ashley Nicole Allen, 21, 12 13 Roy St., Moorhead was arrested and charged with contempt of municipal court (failure to appear).
On Tuesday at 5:05 p.m., Victor Jerome Floyd, 36, 606 Roosevelt St., was arrested and charged with two counts of contempt of municipal court (failure to appear).
