On April 13 at 10:38 a.m., a man said his daughter assaulted him in the 400 block of Lincoln Avenue.
On April 13 at 3:11 p.m., someone driving a 2019 Buick Encore said that someone in a 2011 Chevrolet Malibu damaged the rear bumper on her car in the Lovelace Shopping Center.
On April 13 at 5:41 p.m., officers were called to the Discount Food Market because someone said they were being held at gunpoint. Officers reportedly confiscated a Ruger GP100 357 Magnum nickel-plated pistol and the person, driving a 2016 Dodge Challenger, was reportedly charged with majorly resisting arrest.
On April 13 at 9:12 p.m., officers were called to the 300 block of Julianne Drive because of shots fired. A woman reportedly said someone damaged the French window on her home by shooting into the house.
On April 13 at 10:47 p.m., officers were called to the 700 block of Jefferson Street because of a burglary.
On April 14 at 12:06 a.m., officers were called to the site of a one-vehicle accident in the 600 block of MS Highway 448, where the driver admitted that he had been drinking several beers. His vehicle had to be towed from the scene.
On April 14 at 5:07 p.m., officers were called to the 100 block of Capshaw Drive because of an incorrigible child.
On Friday at 8:21 p.m., a man said that a woman and another man were trespassing on his property in the 300 block of Mill Street.
On Friday at 8:43 p.m., officers were called to the 200 block of Patricia Drive because of a threatening assault.
On Friday at 10:41 p.m., a Walmart employee said someone stole nine pairs of slide-in shoes valued at $88.
On Saturday at 10:54 p.m., officers were called to the intersection of Roosevelt Street and Garrard Avenue where a 2003 Chevrolet Tahoe was damaged.
On Saturday at 11:24 p.m., a Roosevelt Street woman said that her 17-year-old son continues to get into arguments with her husband and that he refuses to go to school.
On Saturday at 3:04 p.m., officers were called to the 400 block of Westside Avenue regarding a threatening assault where loud music was also reportedly a factor.
On Monday at 8:41 a.m., someone reported damage to a Dodge SUV in the 400 block of Hannah Avenue due to vandalism.

On Sunday at 6:15 p.m., Larry Reynolds, 43, 2622 West Capitol Street, Jackson was arrested and charged with no/expired driver's license and DUI (first offense).
On Sunday at 8:00 p.m., Leonard Black, 41, 811 MS Highway 8, Ruleville was arrested and charged with suspended driver's license, no proof of liability insurance and DUI (first offense).
On Monday at 3:41 p.m., Eric Smith, 25, 408 East Head Circle Apt., D-2, Ruleville was arrested and charged with sexual battery.
