Indianola police made the following arrests,
On March 26 at 10:24 p.m., Sharlie Nichols, 30, 1019 Bishop Road, Cleveland was arrested and charged with shoplifting after a Walmart employee said he stole a $20 pair of shoes.
On March 29 at 5:21 p.m., Shaibrelle Laraquelle Nelson, 21, 607 Cherokee Lane was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct—failure to comply with the request of a law enforcement officer and disturbing the peace after officers were called to the America's Best Inn about a disturbance.
On March 28 at 7:51 p.m., Charles Howard, 20, 3610 Popinjay Drive, Memphis was arrested and charged with shoplifting after a Walmart employee said he stole $59 worth of shrimp and crabs.
On March 24 at 1:30 p.m., Jeremy Lee McGee, 18, 409 Cleveland St., and Bradley Jackson, 39, 105 Capshaw Drive were arrested. Lee was charged with possession of a controlled substance and Jackson was charged with contempt of court after officers spotted the two men in a white pickup truck at the Discount Wine And Liquor store in the 100 block of Front Street. Jackson was reportedly the passenger and had an active warrant for his arrest. Officers also reportedly seized 5.4 grams of crack cocaine, an Anderson AM15 assault rifle and a Stoeger Arms 9 mm handgun.
On Saturday at 10:12 p.m., Reginald Raphael Minniefield, 42, 113 Lunar Circle was arrested and charged with simple domestic violence and disturbing the peace after a 32-year-old Pershing Avenue woman said that he came to her home, they got into an argument and he pulled a knife on her.

On March 29 at 12:58 a.m., a 20-year-old Cleveland Street woman said a 21-year-old Cleveland Street man assaulted her after officers were called to their home about a domestic abuse complaint.
On March 23 at 3:00 p.m., a 24-year-old Fourth Avenue woman said a 20-year-old Roosevelt Street woman and a 26-year-old Cleveland Street man assaulted her near Pershing Avenue and Roosevelt Street.
On Sunday at 4:08 p.m., a 77-year-old First Avenue man said someone vandalized and damaged his 1998 Toyota Camry.
On March 29 at 8:21 p.m., a 51-year-old west Gresham Street man said someone damaged his 2006 Toyota 4-Runner in the 600 block of U.S. Highway 82.
On March 24 at 7:43 p.m., a 30-year-old Baird Avenue man said his stepson, an 18-year-old Jake Ayers Cove man, assaulted him by hitting him with his fist on the left side of his face. Officers reported a noticeably blackened left eye.
On Thursday at 12:43 p.m., a Shoppers Value Foods employee said a 33-year-old Wasson Drive, Greenville woman was shoplifting and stole assorted packages of meat.
On March 22 at 4:39 p.m., a 70-year-old Grove Park Drive woman said someone vandalized a vacant house in the 700 block of Coates Street.
On March 23 at 6:08 a.m., officers were called to the 100 block of Catchings Avenue where a B.B. King Road man was said to be disturbing the family peace by attempting to physically engage other residents and endangering himself and others by walking in and out of the roadway.
On March 31 at 10:38 a.m., a 26-year-old Seymour Drive woman said someone stole her child's Kent 2600 26-inch bicycle valued at $150.
On Saturday at 9:40 a.m., a Montgomery Drive, Inverness woman damaged a 2016 Nissan Altima in the 400 block of U.S. Highway 82 West near Marie Avenue.
On March 28 at 10:19 p.m., a 40-year-old woman said that she and a person, whom she declined to identify, were in a house in the 400 block of Hannah Avenue having sex when a 44-year-old Hannah Avenue man, who was in another part of the house at the time, kicked the bedroom door in. The man then reportedly left out of that room and went back to his room but returned and using an expletive asked her what she was doing. She said the man then hit her twice in the head with a gun before the person that she was having sex with pulled him off of her. The two men then got into an argument before the Hanna Avenue man left. The woman reportedly came to the police station apparently intoxicated and said that she was going to the Double Quick to get some cigarettes and then to the emergency room and that she would call the officers after she arrived at the hospital. However, she returned a few minutes later and said that she was not going to the hospital and wanted to press charges.
On Friday at 6:56 p.m., a 25-year-old South California Street, Greenville woman said that a 30-year-old James Trimm Road, Leland woman assaulted her on Church Avenue by hitting her with a left and a right fist to the face causing her to fall down while she was holding her two-year-old daughter. Officers reported that the woman had a burst top lip.
On March 29 at 11:49 p.m., a 44-year-old Patricia Drive woman said that a 55-year-old Airport Road man vandalized her home by breaking a window.
On March 23 at 3:14 p.m., a 44-year-old Sweet Home Road, Belzoni man said that a 54-year-old North Davis Circle woman keeps harassing him.
On March 30 at 1:26 p.m., officers responded to a two-vehicle accident at the corner of Curtis Street and Garrard Avenue where damage was reported to a 2018 Chevrolet Silverado and a 2015 Kia Cadenza.
On March 29 at 9:37 p.m., a Walmart employee said that a 24-year-old Walker Street man was trespassing at the store.
On March 21 at 9:04 a.m., a 65-year-old North Southwest Plaza man said someone vandalized two of the tires on his 2010 Nissan Versa.
On March 29 at 4:46 p.m., a 19-year-old Coates Street man said someone shot him after officers were called to the South Sunflower County Hospital emergency room about a gunshot victim.
On Sunday at 1:36 a.m., a 47-year-old Coates Street woman said a 35-year-old Coates Street man assaulted her after officers were called to the 600 block of the street regarding domestic violence with injuries.

On Friday at 8:35 a.m., Megan Elizabeth Hudson, 34, 402 Moorhead-Belzoni Road, Moorhead was arrested and charged with grand larceny.
On Friday at 9:23 a.m., Reginald Maurice Redmond, 45, 119 Curtis St., was arrested and charged with domestic violence with injuries.
On Monday at 12:45 a.m., Teresa Mae Perkins, 51, 209 Jeffries St., Itta Bena was arrested and charged with suspended driver's license, reckless driving, no/expired driver's license and DUI.
On Monday at 4:20 a.m., Aaron Marcel Beamon, 26, 124 West Herman Johnson St., was arrested and charged with burglary of a dwelling.
On Monday at 6:07 p.m., Detriss Landford, 20, 936 Bellevue Drive was arrested and charged with aggravated assault, burglary (commercial buildings, cars, etc.) and aggravated assault—use of a deadly weapon or other means.
