D.A. Says Office Seeking Death Penalty in Iverson Case

On January 24 at 12:11 a.m., Daniel Kindale Graves, 38, 102 North Davis Circle was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct–failure to comply with the police and public drunkenness after officers were called to the 200 block of East Baker Street at South Sunflower County Hospital.

Identity of body found in drainage ditch confirmed as Arkansas woman

Authorities have determined that the body discovered Saturday morning in a watery drainage ditch near a Greenwood highway belonged to an Arkansas woman who they believe had been staying at a nearby hotel.
They still don’t know, though, what caused her death.
