Indianola police made the following arrests,
On January 26 at 11:30 a.m., Joseph Patrick Stewart, 56, 1117 Wright St., Greenwood was arrested and charged with two counts of contempt of court and petit larceny after officers were called to the Love's Truck Stop about a theft. A man told officers that he saw a man get out of an 18-wheeler, walk up to the back of the Love's service truck and take a floor jack out of the back of the truck.
On Thursday at 10:28 a.m., Johnny Alexander, 45, 1101 Bates Ave., was arrested and charged with shoplifting (second offense--$250 or less), possession of paraphernalia and two counts of contempt of court. Officers responded to the area of Main and Unger streets in reference to a Love's Truck Stop manager following behind a man who had reportedly shoplifted at Love's Truck Stop. Alexander allegedly stole a $19 USBC charging kit, a 6-foot USBA to USBC charging cord valued at $16, a $24 lightning charge kit, a 4-foot USBA to USBC charging cord valued at $12, Bluetooth deluxe headphones valued at $49, a flex neckband valued at $29 and a $15 pair of Tek biker riding gloves. Plus, officers reportedly seized two glass crack pipes and a metal crack pipe.
On January 24 at 9:37 p.m., Amanda Ryan Sparks, 36, 124 Centralia Road, Inverness was arrested and charged with shoplifting after a Walmart employee said she was taking items out of their packages, putting them in other items that she purchased and switching the tags off of items to pay less for them. The stolen merchandise is reportedly valued at $47.

On Thursday at 6:21 p.m., a 26-year-old Coates Street woman said a 29-year-old Sunflower Avenue, Moorhead man keeps harassing her by texting her phone throughout the day and making threats.
On Monday at 2:09 p.m., a 23-year-old Kinlock Road woman said a 23-year-old Easy Street man snatched the battery out of her 2013 Nissan Altima and pushed her down.
On Saturday at 1:17 p.m., a 69-year-old Birch Avenue man said someone cut the lock off of a storage unit at Oakes Storage on U.S. Highway 49. There was no report of any items taken.
On Saturday at 12:13 p.m., officers responded to the Scattergood Apartments where a 50-year-old Broadmoor Drive woman and a 39-year-old Broadmoor Drive man were engaged in a domestic disturbance. The woman is the reported victim and the man is listed as the suspect.
On Saturday at 6:20 p.m., officers were called to the Los Molcajetes Mexican Restaurant regarding domestic violence where a 24-year-old Birdsong Street woman said a 20-year-old Easy Street man assaulted her by pulling her hair and throwing her to the ground.
On January 25 at 6:08 a.m., a 73-year-old Walker Street man said someone on an ATV hit and damaged his parked 2018 Chevrolet Camaro.
On Saturday at 2:32 p.m., a Jackson Street man said an 18-year-old Jackson Street woman broke a window out of his home.
On Friday at 1:00 p.m., a Walmart employee said someone stole $160 worth of steaks.
On January 25 at 8:43 a.m., a 30-year-old Quick Circle man said someone smashed the driver's side window and the windshield on his 2017 Cadillac XTS.
On January 26 at 9:02 a.m.,, a 36-year-old Tupper Bayou Road, Isola man said that on January 24 someone broke into his 2018 Ford F-150 pickup on U.S. Highway 82 West and stole a Remington 300 Windmeg valued at $1,000, a Browning shotgun valued at $1,000 and a Glock 9mm valued at $1,000.
On January 26 at 5:35 p.m., a 27-year-old East College Street, Greenville woman said that a couple of weeks ago she was being harassed by two women at her job.

On January 27 at 12:30 p.m., Johnny Alexander, 45, 200 Roosevelt St., was arrested and charged with contempt of municipal court.
On Monday at 3:48 p.m., Daryl Lamond Crawford, 23, 112 Easy St., was arrested and charged with two counts of contempt of municipal court and simple assault on a minor with injuries.
