The following persons were booked into the Sunflower County jail November 29 to December 6:
On November 30 at 8:00 p.m., Jakevious Winston, 18, 409 Henderson St., was arrested on a warrant hold for another agency and attempted murder.
On Thursday at 11:29 a.m., Lester Antonio Kemp, 33, 502 Pecan St., Inverness was arrested and charged with DUI (first offense).
On Thursday at 11:20 p.m., Thomas Lamar Johnson, 42, 303 Baird St., Isola was arrested and charged with simple assault on a law enforcement officer, disorderly conduct (failure to comply with the request or commands of law enforcement officers) and resisting or obstructing arrest.
On Friday at 11:39 p.m., Curtis Adell Roby, 23, 200 Elaine St., was arrested and charged with mayhem and aggravated domestic violence.
On Saturday at 11:39 p.m., Tyqoun Roby, 26, 200 Elaine Street was arrested and charged with domestic violence (simple assault); however, the charges were reportedly dropped by the accuser.
On Saturday at 2:24 a.m., Ajuwon Dennis, 31, 421 Gray St., was arrested and charged with domestic violence (simple assault).
On Monday at 3:39 a.m., Daryl Lamond Crawford, 24, 112 Easy St., was arrested and charged with contempt of municipal court, malicious mischief and kidnapping.
On Monday at 1:30 p.m., or Arlisa Ann Jacob, 51, 116 North Walker Circle was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct (failure to comply with the requests or commands of law enforcement officers).
On Monday at 10:00 p.m., Sharon Denise Edwards 51, 110 Easy St., was arrested and charged with contempt of municipal court, no/expired driver's license, DUI (intoxicating liquor, drugs, or controlled substance), failure to obey traffic control devices, leaving the scene of an accident, improper lane passing, disorderly conduct (failure to comply with the requests or commands of law enforcement officers) and aggravated assault (use of a deadly weapon or other means).
