Indianola police made the following arrests,
On Monday at 10:51 p.m., Samuel Minor, 25, 506 Chapman Street was arrested and charged with domestic violence with injuries (first offense) after his grandmother said he assaulted her by hitting her in the neck with his fist and a knife handle.
On August 1 at 4:33 p.m., William Scott, 24, 613 Cleveland Street was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana (first offense) after someone reported suspicious activity on French Road where three men were attempting to tow a car from a property without making contact with the owner of the property.
On Thursday at 9:09 p.m., Rita Rice, 29, 511 California Street, Greenville was arrested and charged with shoplifting (first offense) after a Walmart employee said she stole a $79 straightening iron and a $61 pair of hair clippers.

On Friday at 6:36 p.m., a Walmart employee said a 30-year-old Daisy Street, Cleveland woman stole nine pairs of blue skinny jeans valued at $127.
On Friday at 2:57 a.m., a B. B. King Road man said someone stole his Motocross 26-inch bicycle valued at $100 while he was inside the pool hall on Hannah Street.
On August 1 at 5:48 a.m., a Gardner Street man said a woman damaged his 2007 Toyota.
On August 1 at 12:32 p.m., a Kinlock Road man said a 23-year-old Garrard Avenue woman stole his keys and his wallet.
On July 31 at 2:28 p.m., a North Avenue man said someone broke into his abandoned house.
On Sunday at 6:22 p.m., an Indianola woman said when she left Los Molcajetes and came out to her 2011 Jeep Compass she noticed that the front passenger side door was damaged to the point of barely being able to open it. A 21-year-old East Elmwood Circle man, reportedly driving a four-door Toyota Corolla, is listed as the suspect.
On August 1 at 7:40 p.m., an East Baker Street woman said someone called her and told her that another person was using her identity and her credit card.
On July 31 at 7:06 p.m., an East Percy Street woman said someone had stolen her 1999 Jeep out of her front yard.
On Friday at 6:47 a.m., a Discount Food Mart employee said a 37-year-old Roosevelt Street man was shoplifting and stole cigarettes and beer worth $13 from the Front Street store.
On July 31 at 6:13 a.m., an East Percy Street man said someone had broken into his 2010 Ford F150 and stole a Gen-4 .40 caliber Glock handgun worth $569 and left a bag of chips as evidence.
On July 31 at 3:23 p.m., police were called to U.S. 82 near McDonald's because of an accident involving a Juanita Circle, Cleveland man. A 1997 Toyota 4-Runner was listed as damaged.
On Saturday at 4:18 p.m., a Jackson Street man said someone damaged the window on his 2007 Chevrolet when they were cutting grass.
On Saturday at 10:24 p.m., a Mimosa Drive woman said her neighbor’s dog attacked her dog and cause injury to its neck and ear. A Mimosa Drive man is listed as the owner of the suspect.
On Thursday at 2:16 p.m., a Walmart employee said that a 32-year-old Sunflower Avenue man stole a DVD video worth $26.
On Saturday at 7:10 p.m., a Fifth Street, Leland woman reported damage to her Gray Infiniti.
On August 1 at 4:33 p.m., someone said three men were acting suspicious on French Road. They were attempting to tow a car from a property without first contacting the owner of the property who is reportedly a Camellia Lane man. A 24-year-old Cleveland Street man, a 17-year-old Easy Street boy, and a 24-year-old Maybelle Street man are the reported suspects.
On July 31 at 11:36 a.m., a Janet Davis Circle man said he had video footage of a 29-year-old Aquarius Circle man stealing his $480 air compressor.
On July 31 at 9:30 a.m., a pregnant Cox Street woman said a 25-year-old French Roadman assaulted her by pushing her to the floor causing a bump on her head.
On August 1 at 6:11 a.m., a Grenada man said a 22-year-old Oak Street woman was embezzling money from Love's Truck Stop by doing fraudulent refunds.
On Monday at 2:33 p.m., a Birdsong Street woman said transactions were being made with her credit card without her permission.
On Thursday at 10:43 p.m., a Whittington Drive man said a man that goes by the name Mexico threatened to hurt him.
On July 31 at 11:17 a.m., a Church Street woman said that while driving north on Sunflower Avenue she hit a table leg that was lying in the middle of northbound lane and it caused damage to her 2009 Mercedes B.
On Monday at 9:30 p.m., a Brantley Circle woman and a 25-year-old Brantley Circle woman were involved in a dispute.
On July 31 at 1:26 p.m., a Jackson Street woman said somebody tried to snatch her purse.
On Saturday at 1:48 p.m., a North Davis Circle man said someone stole his High Point 9mm pistol out of his 2007 Chrysler Jeep on Thursday.
On Monday at 3:17 p.m., a B. B. King Road man said someone kicked the side door in on a his business in the 100 block of Second Street.
On August 1 at 11:56 p.m., a Jefferson Street woman said someone stole her small air conditioning unit out of the front west-side window at her home.
On Saturday at 7 a.m., a B. B. King Road man said he let a Roosevelt Street man use his bicycle and the man never returned it to him.

On August 1 at 10:15 p.m., Tamara Tigues, 18, 709 Pershing St., was arrested and charged with no proof of liability insurance and no/expired driver's license.
On August 1 at 10 p.m., Antwain Tigues, 36, 619 Chandler St., was arrested and charged with no/expired driver's license and DUI (first offense).
On Thursday at 6:10 a.m., Bradley Smith, 29, 1431 Holly Drive, Moorhead was arrested and charged with public drunkenness and disorderly conduct—breach of Peace.
On Thursday at 1:49 p.m., Bruce Leon Hillie, 22, 403 Walker St., was arrested and charged with shoplifting.
