Indianola police made the following arrests:
On July 10, Jerry Knight, 50, was arrested and charged with simple assault with injuries.
On July 10, Marvin Knight, 61, was arrested and charged with malicious mischief under $1,000.
On July 15, Mary Myers, 27, was arrested and charged with domestic violence without injury first offense.
On July 16, Jerome Brown, 39, was arrested and charged with shoplifting (first offense).
On July 16, Kelvin Carpenter, 35, was arrested and charged with domestic violence without injury and domestic violence with injury.
On July 18, Walter Roscoe III, 47, was arrested and charged with protection order violation.
On July 19, Gregory Martin, 51, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and failure to comply with police.
On July 19, Albert Pierce, 33, was arrested and charged with harassment and telephone harassment.
On July 19, Clinton H. Evans, 38, was arrested and charged with shoplifting (first offense) and was held for another agency.
On July 20, Jakevius Davis, 21, was arrested and charged with simple assault with attempt to cause bodily harm.
On July 21, Demetrius Campbell, 25, was arrested and charged with simple assault— causing bodily harm, seat belt violation and no driver's license.
On July 22, Korben Chapman, 19, was arrested and charged with shoplifting (first offense) and false information or identification to an officer.
On July 22, Charles Dubois, 33, was arrested and charged with no insurance.
On July 23, Jacqueline Brooks, 32, was arrested and charged with domestic violence without injury (first offense).
On July 23, Lillie P. Caldwell was arrested and charged with malicious mischief under $1,000.
On July 23, Larry Nailor, 45, was arrested and charged with domestic violence without injury.
On July 25, Rodriecus M. Hines, 32, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct failure to comply.
On July 25, police arrested Cordell Dewayne Patterson Jr., 20, 207 Gillespie St., and charged him with disorderly conduct and failure to comply with police after they were called to investigate a family dispute at 12:49 p.m.
On Thursday, police arrested Shaqavarious Marsha Wright 19, 103 George Lee St., Belzoni, and Charles Kenneth Ables 33, 525 Abels Road, Isola, and charged both with shoplifting (first offense), $250 or less. At 6:19 p.m., police were called to Walmart where a store employee told them that the two allegedly stole $75 worth of assorted groceries.
On Thursday at 9 p.m., police arrested Alberta Garner 21, 2001 Kinlock Road, and charged her with shoplifting (first offense), $250 or less. Police were called to Walmart where they were told that Gardner allegedly stole $75 worth of assorted food product.
On Thursday, Anthony Ray Thurmann 20, 712 MLK Drive, Belzoni, was arrested and charged with shoplifting (first offense) and having a warrant from the Mississippi Department of Corrections.
On Friday, Albert Clayborn, 42, was arrested and charged with DUI, speeding, having an expired driver's license and no insurance.
On Friday, Darrell Johnson, 22, was arrested and charged with simple assault on a minor without injury.
On Friday, Willie Pearson, 30, 404 Chandler St., was arrested and charged with simple assault on a minor and petit larceny under $500.
On Saturday, Montez Burnett, 36, was arrested and charged with simple assault without injury.
On Saturday, Alex Dion Gardner, 18, 904 Williams St., was arrested and charged with failure to comply with an officer and disorderly conduct.
On Sunday, Demetrius Ross, 41, was arrested and charged with simple assault with attempt to cause bodily harm.
On Sunday, police arrested Jefferion Jarkevius Grant, 18, 223 South Davis Circle, and charged him with possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle and carrying a concealed weapon. At 9:41 p.m., police saw three people in a silver 2006 Toyota in the free park area on Church Street and noticed what appeared to be a marijuana blunt being lit by the front passenger, so police made a traffic stop on the vehicle and arrested Grant. A 20-year-old Alexander Street woman and a 19-year-old McPherson Street woman were also listed as suspects but according to the police report were not arrested. In addition, the report lists .25 grams of marijuana seized along with 10 units of an unknown drug and a firearm.

On July 24 at 4:58 p.m., police went to Walmart regarding a shoplifting and a 36-year-old Indianola woman is listed as the suspect.
On July 25 at 4:02 p.m., police were called to Martin’s Pharmacy where a 38-year-old Ryan Street, Belzoni man told them that while he was waiting on his wife to come pick him up from the clinic, a 29-year-old Galaxie Circle man grabbed his medicine, 20 325-mg Percocet tablets, out of his hand and got into a black Impala on the passenger’s side. The car sped off.
On July 25 at 4:04 p.m., a 66-year-old East Gresham Street woman told police a Teddy Street, Moorhead woman that she had working for her cleaning her home stole her handgun, a 9mm Beretta, a $70 Roku console, several credit/debit cards and $240 in cash.
On July 25 at 10:49 a.m., police were called to Brothers Discount Grocery, where a man said two people were recorded on the store’s surveillance camera trying to break in via the drive-through window on the north side.
On July 26 at 5:27 a.m., a 27-year-old Forest Street woman told police someone burglarized her 2013 Dodge Challenger and stole a Fossil watch valued at $200, several credit and debit cards, a Social Security card, a military and Mississippi ID, and a wallet valued at $10 plus a child support debit card.
On July 26 at 8:57 a.m., a Gillespie Drive man told police that someone broke the back glass out of his 2013 Chevrolet Silverado and scratched the left and right side panels and the tailgate. An East Percy Street woman is listed as the driver.
On July 26 at 9 a.m., a 39-year-old Mimosa Drive woman told police that her car, a blue 2011 Hyundai, was burglarized but nothing appeared to be taken.
On Thursday at 3:37 p.m., police were called to the 600 block of West Elmwood Circle where a 26-year-old woman told police her 70-year-old grandmother, a Moorhead woman, forged her name on a withdrawal slip at Planters Bank in August 2014.
On Thursday at 8:36 a.m., a Plum Street, Sunflower man told police that a 29-year-old East Gresham Street woman used his credit/debit card illegally for a total of $179.
On Thursday at 7:15 p.m., a 31-year-old North Davis Circle man told police that he was robbed of $400 cash at gunpoint while at the intersection of Alexander and Hood streets by someone named Dagwood. The report lists a 21-year-old Alexander Street man as a suspect and the man's car is listed as a 2006 Dodge Charger.
On Thursday at 10:43 a.m., police stopped a four-door black Buick as it turned south on Pershing Street from Mill Street and the front passenger, a 17-year-old Aquarius Circle boy, was given a citation for simple possession of marijuana. The report indicated that police confiscated a black scale.
On Friday at 2:37 p.m., a 21-year-old Fourth Avenue woman told police that a 23-year-old South Elmwood Circle woman and a 22-year-old North Elmwood Circle woman jumped out of a vehicle and one of them started assaulting her and they got into a fight.
On Friday at 2:18 a.m., while on a traffic stop on Mississippi 448 near the Double Quick Store, police talked to a 42-year-old Grant Street, Itta Bena man who was reportedly later arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol.
On Friday at 8:53 p.m., a Fourth Avenue woman told police that her child's father, a 26-year-old Lucille Street man, threatened her in the 100 block of Lucille Street. She said they were no longer in a dating relationship.
On Friday at 1:48 p.m., police were called to the Sonic Drive-In about an accident where a Beaverdam Road man hit a pole and damaged a 2005 Chevrolet Tahoe.
On Saturday at 8:48 a.m., an Oak Street woman called police to the 400 block and told them that she discovered her 2013 Dodge Charger had been scratched on the driver’s side.
On Saturday at 12:58 a.m., police were called to the emergency room where a 23-year-old Curtis Street woman suffered a broken thumb and a swollen lip. A 21-year-old Fourth Avenue woman is listed as the suspect.
On Saturday at 5:28 p.m., an Airport Road woman said she lost her Samsung Galaxy phone at Burger King.
On Saturday at 7:50 p.m., police were called to the 700 block of U.S. 82 because a 60-year-old man was reportedly bleeding and the caller told police he had been assaulted. A 22-year-old Chandler Street woman is the listed suspect. The report also indicated $140 cash was stolen.
On Sunday at 12:35 p.m., police were called to the John and David Matthews apartment building where a 54-year-old Fourth Street, Leland man told them that a 62-year-old Kinlock Road man threatened him.
On Monday at 7:38 a.m., police went to the 100 block of Whittington Drive where a 45-year-old woman told them that someone used a brick to break the passenger’s side window on her 2004 Ford Truck and took $20 worth of change and ink pens that were in a cup.
On Monday at 6:31 a.m., a 24-year-old Mimosa Drive man told police that someone cut three of the tires on his 2004 Pontiac Grand Prix sometime during the night.
On Monday at 11:37 a.m., a 40-year-old Spoonbill Court woman told police that her estranged husband, a 52-year-old Park Avenue, Greenwood man, threatened to hurt her. She told police they have been separated for 2 years and 7 months.

On July 25, Patrick Tremayne Walker 33, 119 Curtis St., was arrested and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and possession of a weapon by a felon.
On July 26, Deapronokus B. Townsend 27, 3709 MS 49 North, Ruleville was arrested and charged with disturbing the peace.
On July 26, Jamie Riley, 16, 1006 Broadmoor Drive, Apt. 66 was arrested and charged with carrying a concealed weapon and burglary of a dwelling.
On Thursday, Donneshia McGee 19, 134 Hampton St., Sunflower was arrested and charged with conspiracy.
On Thursday, Jerry White 55, 180 Powell Ave., Drew was arrested and charged with contempt of court.
On Monday, William Hearon 49, 215 W Gresham St., was arrested and charged with simple domestic violence and simple assault on a minor with injuries.
