Indianola police made the following arrests,
On Dec. 18, Lamon Cooper, 30, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana (first offense), and trespassing.
On Dec. 18, Catonia Roach, 46, was arrested and charged with harassment, simple assault—with attempt to cause bodily harm.
On Dec. 18, Jalisha Roach, 25, was arrested and charged with shoplifting (first offense).
On Dec. 19, Charles Johnson, 33, was arrested and charged with two counts of contempt of court.
On Dec. 19, Curtis Taylor, 38, was arrested and charged with simple domestic violence—without injury.
On Dec. 20, Nathan Smith, 18, was arrested and charged with shoplifting (first offense).
On Dec. 20, Katie Thompson, was arrested and charged with shoplifting (first offense).

On Dec. 27 at 5:44 p.m., during a traffic stop for an expired tag, a 54-year-old Cox Street man was issued a court appearance ticket for possession of crack cocaine.
On Dec. 27 at 10:42 p.m., a 23-year-old Baird Avenue woman said a 45-year-old Shannon Ferguson Street woman is harassing her by continuing to call and send text messages to her phone and on social media (Facebook).
On Dec. 27 at 3:33 p.m., a 34-year-old West Gresham Street woman said a 26-year-old West Gresham Street man damaged her belongings in her home. Police told her to file a report, but she refused by driving past the police station while officers were trailing her.
On Dec. 27 at 2:17 p.m., animal control officers called for police assistance in the 100 block of Herman Johnson Street due to possible animal cruelty by an 18-year-old man. They allegedly found 10 dogs (one deceased) being held in poor living condition, unsanitary, inadequate shelter and over crowded plus some had scarring suspected to be due to fighting. The surviving animals were taken into custody and brought to the shelter.
On Thursday at 2:26 p.m. a 22-year-old Janet Davis Circle man and a Seymour Drive woman said a 27-year-old Wiggins Road woman has been harassing them and making threats on social media and by text.
On Thursday at 7:58 a.m., a 45-year-old Capshaw Drive woman said a 42-year-old Baird Avenue woman threatened her over social media (Facebook) by stating that she was coming to her sister’s house to beat her bipolar a$$.
On Thursday at 4:03 p.m., a Chapman Street man said someone came onto his property on Dec. 1 and stole a UPS package that contained a red Dooney backpack valued at $186, a pink and white Dooney crossbody purse valued at $60 and a red and white Dooney handbag valued at $67.
On Friday at 4:03 p.m. a 64-year-old woman said someone stole a bottle of Ralph Lauren Pink Romance perfume valued at $80, a bottle of Estee Lauder Beautiful perfume valued at $80 and $50 worth of $10 bills from her at Indianola Rehab.
On Saturday at 12:07 a.m., a 32-year-old North Avenue woman said someone broke into her home and stole a TV.
On Saturday at 1:49 p.m., a 45-year-old Sunset Drive man, a 45-year-old East Parkway Drive woman, and a 48-year-old Morningside Drive woman said a 36-year-old Heron Street woman and a 16-year-old Gillespie Drive girl were going door-to-door knocking and asking for money saying that their house had burned.
On Monday at 8:56 a.m., a 49-year-old Walker Street man said someone broke the window out of his vehicle and he found a 9mm bullet in the trunk.
On Monday at 11:03 a.m., a woman called police to the Walmart parking lot because someone damaged her 2008 Impala in a hit and run.
On Monday at 10:13 p.m., a 51-year-old Broadmoor Drive man, a 28-year-old Broadmoor Drive woman, and a 58-year-old Broadmoor Drive woman said someone shot into their home and a TV is reported as damaged. Police collected the bullets, but no suspect was named.
On Monday at 1:41 p.m., a 52-year-old Walker Street man said someone broke the window out of his 2016 Ford Fusion.
On Monday at 12:18 a.m., a MedStat employee said someone shot an unknown caliber gun into the air and the bullet fell through the ceiling of the MedStat building and landed in the kitchen floor.

On Dec. 22, Marquavious Johnson, 18, 603 Hannah St., was arrested and charged with possession of cocaine with intent.
On Dec. 22, Ramarius Griffin, 17, 210 Maxwell Ave., Apt. 3, Drew, was arrested and charged with two counts of burglary of a dwelling and one count burglary of a commercial building.
On Dec. 23, Robert Earl Price, 44, 619 Hoover St., was arrested and charged with disturbance in a public place, simple assault and resisting arrest.
On Dec. 23, Emmett Earl Bryant, 51, 217 Roosevelt St., was arrested and charged with simple assault and contempt of court.
On Dec. 27, Roderick Dewayne Moton, 34, 1204 Ingram St., Moorhead, was arrested and charged with contempt of court—failure to appear.
On Dec. 27, Fredrick Minton, 26, 106 Hampton Road, Moorhead, was arrested and charged with aggravated assault.
On Dec. 27, Antiquarian Gibson, 29, 104 Galaxie Circle, was arrested and charged with probation violation—municipal court.
