Indianola police made the following arrest,
On Nov. 20, Charles Edward McDaniel, 49, 15 Henry Rosser Drive was arrested and charged with simple domestic violence. At 8:49 p.m., McDaniel is alleged to have assaulted his wife.
On Thursday, Darnell Gerome Ginn, 45, 612 Coates Street was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct—failure to comply with police and public drunkenness. At 8:48 p.m., police were called to investigate a disturbance in the 400 block of Gray Street and Ginn was arrested when he would not leave after being asked by police.
On Sunday, Shytevian Fant, 23, 620 North Elmwood Circle was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct—failure to comply with police. At 12:19 p.m., during a traffic stop in the 400 block of Spruce Street, Fant came out of a house, upset and hollering at police for pulling a woman over for a simple traffic violation. She was told to go back in the house and back away from where the officer was making the stop, but she refused and was arrested.

On Nov. 20 at 7:09 a.m., a 30-year old Church Street woman said a 31-year-old Julianne Drive man stole her ATM debit card and made several withdrawals and purchases from Hibbett Sports.
On Nov. 20 at 6:55 p.m., police tried to stop a 1992 Buick Roadmaster after they heard shots near Coates and Cox streets. The car, driven by a Lunar Circle man, was taking a 26-year-old Choctaw Avenue man, with a gunshot wound in his left upper thigh, to the hospital.
On Nov. 20 at 7:24 p.m., a 27-year-old Delta Blues Street woman said someone stole the tag off her 2018 Chevy Cobalt.
On Nov. 20 at 4:11 p.m., a Walmart employee said a 28-year-old MS 49, Doddsville, woman was shoplifting at the store. The employee said she saw the woman take several items without paying for them, including an ink cartridge, a steering wheel cover, and printer paper.
On Nov. 20 at 2:10 p.m., while on a routine traffic stop, the K-9 officer alerted on a 2017 Nissan Maxima with two passengers, a 26-year-old Cotton Street, Greenwood man and a 35-year-old Bull Run Drive, Byram, man so the car was searched and 11 grams of marijuana, an electronic scale, and a stolen silver and black Taurus PT 24/7 G2 handgun were found.
On Nov. 20 at 3:22 p.m., a 26-year-old Gillespie Drive woman said someone cashed a $100 check that belonged to her, at Shoppers Value Foods.
On Nov. 20 at 9:34 p.m., a 57-year-old Oak Street man said a 39-year-old Byas Street man was up a ladder tampering with a cable line.
On Nov. 21 at 12:28 p.m., a Galaxie Drive man was arrested and issued three citations during a routine traffic stop on Roosevelt Street, after a K-9 officer alerted on a Pontiac he was driving. The vehicle was searched and 8.9 grams of marijuana and a small electronic scale were found.
On Nov. 21 at 6:25 p.m., a Galaxy Drive woman said a man threatened to shoot into her home.
On Nov. 21 at 3:07 p.m., a 47-year-old Napanee Road man was issued three citations, for no seat belt, no insurance, and no driver’s license, after a routine traffic stop near Westside Avenue and Mimosa Street revealed a small amount of methamphetamines inside of his 2005 Kia. The report also said a crack pipe was seized.
On Nov. 21 at 2:38 a.m., a 29-year-old Baird Avenue woman says someone broke into her home and stole a LG TV and a LG 65-inch TV.
On Nov. 22 at 3:26 p.m., a US 82 woman said a man came into KFC and spat across the counter at a 21-year-old man.
On Nov. 22 at 3:02 p.m., a 41-year-old Roosevelt Street resident said a 28-year old Roosevelt Street man stole a grey and black Ruger P345d Handgun.
On Thursday at 5:49 p.m., a 37-year-old Herman Johnson Street woman said she accidentally shot her boyfriend, a 27-year-old Eisenhower Street, Belzoni man.
On Thursday at 2:23 p.m., a 57-year-old Walker Street man said a 52-year-old Hannah Street man pushed him down on Church Street.
On Friday at 9:52 a.m., a 26-year-old Holly Drive woman said her boyfriend, a 25-year-old Holly Drive man, bit her under her right eye. Police were called to the hospital where they found the woman in a blood-stained shirt with a large open injury under her right eye.
On Friday at 8:19 a.m., a Courtland Drive, Saltillo man and a Lee Circle woman said a 36-year-old Garrard Road man broke a rear window out of a house and stole two TVs, a microwave oven and five Springfield firearms.
On Friday at 4:12 p.m., a Walmart employee said a 32-year-old South Southwest Plaza man stole a RCA tablet out of the store by ringing it up for $1.07 at the self-checkout when the actual cost was $149.
On Saturday at 7:48 p.m., a 44-year-old Dorsett Drive woman said a 41-year-old B.B. King Road man assaulted her after police were called to Los Molcajetes about a disturbance.
On Saturday at 8:50 p.m., a Walmart employee said a 38-year-old Goswell Cove, Olive Branch, woman was shoplifting at the store. She allegedly stole a $75 PJ set, a 5-pack of briefs, some sleepwear, a bra camisole, some knit pants, bras and several other clothing items.
On Saturday at 12:48 p.m., a Double Quick employee said a 16-year-old girl keeps coming back to the Second Street store although she has been asked several times not to return.
On Sunday at 2:15 a.m., a 24-year-old Patricia Drive man said a 13-year-old Oak Street Boy, a 17-year-old Shannon Ferguson Street girl and a 15-year-old Maybelle Street boy tried to rob him.
On Sunday at 9:26 p.m., a 32-year-old Garrard Road woman says someone broke into her house and stole a Samsung TV.
On Monday at 4:02 p.m., a Fourth Avenue woman said a 27-year-old Shannon Ferguson Cove man was sending her threatening text messages.
On Monday at 9:37 a.m., a 65-year-old Robert Road woman said someone stole her .38 snub nose nickel-plated black handle handgun.
On Monday at 2:16 p.m., a 62-year-old Marie Road man said someone broke into his rental house in the 500 block of College Street.
On Monday at 5:34 p.m., a 68-year-old Chandler Street man said somebody broke into his home and stole his handgun.
On Monday at 7:36 a.m., a city of Indianola employee reported vandalism in the form of a broken window at the Indianola City Cemetery, a 3-door Dodge truck is listed on the report.
On Monday at 7:01 p.m., a 21-year-old B.B. King Road man said three people, a 17-year-old Roosevelt Street boy, a 15-year-old Maybelle Street boy and a 32-year-old Beale Street man assaulted him on Coolidge Street near Third Avenue by hitting him with fists and a handgun while demanding he give them his cell phone.

On Nov. 20, Donald Arther Polk, 26, 411 Cotton St., Greenwood was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle and possession of a stolen firearm.
On Nov. 21, Wesley Allan Roberson, 47, 46 Curtis Drive, Greenville was arrested and charged with prescription drugs in a motor vehicle and possession of paraphernalia.
On Nov. 22, Erica Hodges, 22, 640 Garrard Road was arrested and charged with robbery.
On Nov. 22, Victor Jerome Floyd, 28, 606 Roosevelt Street was arrested and charged with having a warrant for another agency.
On Thursday, Shawn Hodges, 40, 1003 Grand Ave., Inverness was arrested and charged with domestic violence.

On Tuesday, Rashaad Hakeem Snipes, 15, 200 Maybelle St., was arrested and charged with simple assault with attempt to cause bodily harm and armed robbery.
On Monday, Edward Terrell Clay, 32, 307 Beale St., was arrested and charged with strong armed robbery and three counts of contempt of court.
On Tuesday, Larrinishia Brackett, 24, 540 North Harvey St., Greenville was arrested and charged with contempt of court (municipal).
