Indianola police made the following arrests,
On Oct. 31 at 4:50 p.m., Earnest Lee Gibson, 55, 201 Wiggins Road/Royal Oaks Apartments was arrested and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, grand larceny ($500 or more) and possession of a weapon by a convicted felon after police went to the 200 block of Wiggins Road and found a man lying on the ground bleeding heavily from the head. A 46-year-old South Davis Circle man and a 61-year-old Wiggins Road woman are listed as victims and a Continental Cove woman is the reported witness.
On Sunday at 11:50 a.m., Christopher Tanner, 614 Oak St., was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct (disturbing the peace), resisting arrest (major), and failure to obey an officer (major) after police were called to the Second Street Double Quick store about a disturbance.
On Friday at 2:10 a.m., Mary Magelene Wilson, 55, 110 Capshaw Drive was arrested and charged with failure to obey an officer (major), resisting arrest (major) and disorderly conduct—disturbing the peace after a North Southwest Plaza Circle man told police that Wilson was causing a disturbance at his home. Police gave Wilson the opportunity to leave the residence but she refused and created a disturbance in front of the officers and was arrested.
On Saturday at 11:44 a.m., Adrian Maurice Griffin, 37, 219 Gardner St., was arrested and charged with domestic violence without injuries (second offense) after police were called to a U.S. 82 retail shop about a domestic dispute. A 38-year-old Augusta Street woman is listed as the victim.
On Oct. 31 at 10:41 p.m., Antoine L. Jackson, 33, 109 Gillespie St., was arrested and charged with trespassing after notice of non-permission and contempt of Municipal Court after police saw him at the Double Quick store on Second Street.

On Friday at 6:36 p.m., a 35 year-old Rose Drive woman said a 48-year-old Baird Avenue man was harassing her.
On Oct. 31 at 4:15 p.m., a Shoppers Value Foods employee said a 50-year-old Walker Street woman was trespassing in the store after notice of non-permission and stole three packages of Tide Pods washing powder valued at $30.
On Saturday at 8:27 p.m., a Jackson Street woman said a 19-year-old Stonewall Drive woman keeps coming to her job and harassing her.
On Sunday at 12:35 p.m., police were called to the 400 block of Curtis Street where a 47-year-old Interstate 55, Crittenden, Arkansas woman said a 54-year-old Curtis Street man threatened to kill her with a knife after she noticed that he had stolen $150 cash and a My Vanilla debit card out of her purse.
On Saturday at 8:45 p.m., a 28-year-old Quick Circle man was reportedly arrested on a warrant and booked into the Sunflower County jail after a 30-year-old Kinlock Road woman reported an incident to the police that happened in the 700 block of Kinlock Road.
On Oct. 31 at 8:52 p.m., a 59-year-old West Percy Street man said someone shot at him and damaged his 2011 Dodge Ram pickup.
On Oct. 30 at 7:10 p.m., a Lunar Circle man driving a 2003 Nissan Altima was issued a citation on Garrard Road for loud music.
On Oct. 31 at 6:46 a.m., after police were called to the South Sunflower County Hospital emergency room, a 43-year-old West Gresham Street woman said a 45-year-old East Percy Street man pushed her down thereby causing a gash on the left side of her head.
On Thursday at 2:18 a.m., a Crane Street man driving a 2005 Ford Taurus, a Lincoln Street man driving a 2000 Ford Explorer and a Second Street, Greenwood man driving a 2003 Chevrolet along with a Holly Ridge, Holmes Road woman were involved in a three-vehicle accident where three of them were transported to a local hospital and one had to be transferred to Jackson by ambulance.
On Oct. 30 at 6:33 p.m., a 52-year-old West Davis Circle man, seen walking down Garrard Road, snatched away from a police officer and ran after the officer told him he had an active warrant and tried to place him under arrest.
On Friday at 11:54 a.m., a 52-year-old West Davis Circle man was reportedly arrested and charged with possession of paraphernalia and having an outstanding warrant after police spotted him near Church and Mill streets area and informed him of the warrant.
On Monday at 4:59 p.m., a 23-year-old Fountain Street woman said a 44-year-old Birdsong Street man was harassing and threatening her.
On Thursday at 7:41 a.m., a Hough Street man said someone was firing a handgun near his home and shot the windows out of his 1993 Toyota Camry.
On Sunday at 11:20 a.m., a Walmart employee said a 51-year-old Belk Road, Sunflower man was trespassing in the store and stole a $21 slow cooker.
On Friday at 11:38 p.m., a 26-year-old Westside Avenue woman said someone broke the windows out of her 2005 Chevrolet TrailBlazer near the 200 block of Gillespie Drive.
On Oct. 31 at 10:40 p.m., a 34-year-old Cottonwood Road, Cary man said he and his girlfriend, a 42-year-old Lunar Circle woman were arguing while driving east on U.S. 82 near Walmart and the woman stopped in the middle of the road and started reaching in the backseat for something that he thought may be a knife or a box cutter so he got out of the car. The woman then drove off in his 2008 GMC Yukon and later sent him a text that she was going to leave town in it.
On Tuesday at 12:09 a.m., an 81-year-old Slim Street woman said someone tried to break in through the back window of a house she owns in the 900 block of Bellevue Drive.
