Indianola Police made the following arrests,
On Oct. 26, Randy D. Young, 33, was arrested and charged with petit larceny—under $1000.
On Oct. 31, Laqueata Shantae Jones, 33, 114 Lindsey St., Metcalfe, was arrested and charged with reckless driving, no insurance, shoplifting (first offense), failure to yield to blue light, fleeing (felony), and aggravated assault on a police officer. Linda Faye Robinson 33, 209 Estes St., Metcalfe, was also arrested and charged with shoplifting (first offense), giving false information to a law enforcement officer, resisting or obstructing arrest, failure to comply with an officer and hold for another agency. At 2:45 p.m., a Walmart employee said Jones and Robinson were seen on video hiding several items inside of their purses.
On Nov. 1 at 12:26 p.m., Jennifer Smith, 35, 301 Oak Court Drive, Hollandale was arrested and charged with shoplifting (first offense). Walmart employees said Smith took several items from the store without paying for them including a pink plastic bowl and a pair of blue Wrangler jeans.
On Thursday, Angela Jackson, 45, was arrested and charged with no insurance, leaving the scene of an accident, DUI—refusal.
On Thursday, Deonterrius Logan, 34, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct—disturbing the peace, trespassing after notice of non-permission and stalking.
On Friday at 11:27 p.m., Rashondra Harris, 19, 506 North Martin Luther King, Sunflower was arrested and charged with shoplifting (first offense) after Walmart employees said she took a pair of slippers, leggings, and other clothing items.

On Oct. 31 at 10 48 p.m., a Jefferson Street woman said someone stole her 16-year-old daughter's iPhone 6s Plus from Gentry High School.
On Nov. 1 at 1:27 p.m., a 65-year-old North Southwest Plaza woman said Oct. 27 she was at her family home in the 200 block of Birdsong Street when her nephew, an 18-year-old Birdsong Street man, told her he would kill her.
On Nov. 1 at 10:53 p.m., a 28-year-old Tucker Street, Leland woman said a 40-year-old Coates Street man got mad and broke the side mirror off of her 2005 Honda Accord because she wouldn't take him somewhere.
On Nov. 1 at 4:36 p.m., a Gillespie Drive man said he went into Walmart for about 30 minutes and when he came out someone had hit his 2007 Ford Focus on the rear passenger side door causing damage.
On Nov. 1 at 4:03 p.m., a 62-year-old Cleveland Street woman said she lost her Guaranty Bank debit card and someone tried to use it.
On Nov. 1 at 3:52 p.m., a woman on U.S. 82 at the iPhone Tech store said someone stole an iPhone 7 Plus that was brought in for repair and ran out of the store without paying for it.
On Nov. 1 at 10:47 a.m., a Wilcox Road, Greenville man, a Clover Drive man and an East Percy Street woman said someone broke into an unoccupied house on Rose Drive and took two Bostick nail guns, one Bostick air compressor, one drill and two 100-foot power cords.
On Nov. 1 at 10:35 p.m., a Double Quick employee from the store on Second Street said a 51-year-old West Davis Circle man stole two containers of instant coffee, six cans of sardines, one can of Prairie Belt sausage and two packages of rice.
On Nov. 1 at 7:01 p.m., a 20-year-old North Davis Circle man said someone stole three GMC center caps off of his Yukon XL in the Turner's Market parking lot.
On Nov. 1 at 9:43 p.m., a 57-year-old Hanna Avenue woman and a 37-year-old Lunar Circle woman said a 51-year-old Delta Blues man was making ongoing threats to them over social media.
On Nov. 1 at 8:04 a.m., an Adair Street woman said her juvenile son fought her after she took his cell phone.
On Thursday at 2:15 p.m., a 35-year-old North Davis Circle man was stopped for a seat belt violation and police found a marijuana cigar between the center console and the driver’s seat along with four grams of marijuana in the rear pocket of the passenger’s seat. The man was given a citation for having no seatbelt and simple possession of marijuana.
On Thursday at 8:21 a.m., an Airport Road woman said a 24-year-old Whittington Drive man was attempting to back up in the parking lot of Restoration Ministries when he accidentally backed into a 10-year-old boy, pinning the child between a 2014 Nissan Altima and a 2011 Toyota Camry. The boy received injuries to his leg and both vehicles received light damage.
On Thursday at 1:04 p.m. a Midway Road, Dallas, Texas man and a MS 61, Shaw woman driving a 2016 Chevrolet and a 2010 Ford were involved in a two-car collision near the Double Quick at Catchings and U.S. 82, no injuries were reported.
On Friday at 12:43 p.m., and East Quiver Street, Sunflower woman said someone withdrew $350 from her Guaranty Bank account.
On Friday at 8:03 a.m., a Gray Street woman said a man was peeping through her rear window.
On Friday at 11:46 a.m., a Roosevelt Street man said he went outside around 6:30 a.m. when he heard a loud noise and he found his cable line pulled away from his house.
On Saturday at 4:43 a.m., a Love’s Truck Stop employee said that a 49-year-old man stole two jackets.
On Saturday at 12:01 p.m., a 71-year-old Jefferson Street woman said someone broke a window out of her home and stole her money jar with $60 in it.
On Saturday at 4:25 a.m., a Sunflower County Consolidated School District employee said someone broke into Robert L Merritt Junior High but did not take anything.
On Saturday at 11:29 a.m., Walmart employees reported that an 11-year-old Inwood Avenue, Moorhead boy stole a hand BB gun.
On Sunday at 10:09 a.m., a Mimosa Drive man called police to the 800 block of Airport Road, Canterbury Apartments, about a burglary.
On Sunday at 11:36 p.m., a 35-year-old Alexander Street man said a 22-year-old Chandler Street woman stole a $100 bill and a black cell phone from him.
On Sunday at 10:40 p.m., a 23-year old Broadmoor Drive woman said her children's father, a 44-year-old Broadmoor Drive man, assaulted her by pushing her down causing her head to hit the ground.
On Sunday at 2:47 p.m., a Pershing Avenue woman said a man stole appliances from her and sold them.
On Monday at 2:36 p.m., a 40-year-old Church Street, Belzoni woman said her sister, a 31-year old Belzoni woman, fraudulently gave her name and social security number to Walmart loss prevention and to the police on Sept. 1.
On Monday at 2:03 a.m., a 37-year-old Wiggins Road man said someone broke into his 2007 Chrysler 300 and stole a bottle of Polo Red and some 3AM cologne.
On Monday at 1:05 a.m., a 28-year-old Dorsett Drive man, a 31-year old Dorsett Drive man, a 28-year-old Dorsett Drive man, a 26-year-old Dorsett Drive man and a 24-year-old Dorsett Drive man said three men kicked the door in on their apartment, pointed guns at them and took $1,125 of their money.
On Monday at 10:30 a.m., a 66-year-old McPherson Street woman said someone stole a hot water heater from a property that she manages.
On Monday at 7:26 a.m., a 33-year-old Wiggins Road woman said someone broke into her 2001 Nissan and her 1995 GMC truck, sometime after 11 p.m. the night before and stole her Tommy Hilfiger purse.
On Monday at 1:46 a.m., a 36-year-old Wiggins Road woman said someone broke into her 2007 Toyota and stole her Medicaid card, her driver's license, several credit cards and a beige purse.
On Monday at 9:01 a.m., a 19-year-old Slim Street man said that during the night someone stole the cover off of his 1973 Chevrolet Impala.
On Monday at 2:48 p.m., a 36-year-old Linbar Street man said he received a phone call from a collection agency about a debt he owed and that when he checked his credit report he found that someone had stolen his identity and has been using his personal information to open credit card accounts and more.
On Monday at 1:52 p.m., a Harrisville Road, Braxton, Mississippi man said that while he was at a location in the 600 block of Airport Road loading a black Nissan Altima on his trailer the strap broke and caused the vehicle to roll backwards off of the trailer into a gray Toyota Camry that was parked on the yard. Both vehicles received minor damages.

On Thursday, Jeremiah Thomas Hair 30, 113 Phillips St., Metcalfe was arrested and charged with armed robbery (escape).
On Thursday, Patrick Tremayne Walker 33, 119 Curtis St., was arrested and charged with aggravated assault and weapons possession by a convicted felon.
On Saturday, Troy Lee Briscoe 49, 610 Chapman St., was arrested and charged with trespassing after notice given, shoplifting (second offense), shoplifting (third offense) and resisting or obstructing arrest.
On Saturday, Arunski R. Ross 23, 106 Nixon St., Belzoni, was arrested and charged with having a warrant (hold) from another agency and National Guard failure to appear.
On Sunday, Johnel White 52, 620 East Elmwood Circle, was arrested and charged with disturbance (noises or offensive conduct), and failure to comply with an officer.
On Monday, Felecia Sharp 34, 506 Martin Luther King St., Sunflower was arrested and charged with failure to comply and fighting (disturbing the peace).
On Monday, Latonya Warfield 36, 209 North Cliff Finch St., Sunflower was arrested and charged with failure to comply and fighting (disturbing the peace).
