Indianola police made the following arrests,
On Friday at 8:22 a.m., Christopher Quinn, 40, 4178 Leewood Drive, Gulfport was arrested and charged with shoplifting (first offense) after a Walmart employee said he came into the store, hid several items and left the store without paying for them. The items included an $8 bottle of gas treatment, and a $2 anti pain medication.
On Friday at 4:05 a.m., Jashawn Marques Colton, 22, 415 Gholston St., Inverness was arrested and charged with aggravated assault on a police officer and fleeing a law enforcement officer in a motor vehicle. Police went to the Pershing Street area because of shots fired and found out that Colton and a 25-year-old First Street, Inverness man and another man were allegedly firing shots from a Chevy Tahoe.
On September 12 at 7:38 a.m., Roxie Ann Phillips, 24, 431 Hanna St., and Linzie Lee Sibley, 25, 431 B Hanna St., were arrested and charged with domestic violence with injuries (first offense). Police arrived at the residence and found the two fighting.
On Monday at 1:54 p.m., Sharon Denise Edwards, 47, 503 Mimosa Drive was arrested and charged with public drunkenness, reckless driving (first offense) and contempt of Municipal Court. Edwards was allegedly driving recklessly near the Roosevelt and Pershing streets area.
On Friday at 9:46 p.m., Clint Wydale Ervin, 52, 227 West Davis Circle was arrested and charged with shoplifting (second offense) and resisting arrest (minor) after a Love's Truck Stop employee called police and said a man wearing a white T-shirt and camo pants stole merchandise valued at $85.
On Friday at 12:59 p.m., Travis Terrell Earvin, 33, 627 Cox St., was arrested and charged with burglary of a dwelling. He reportedly attempted to steal $200 worth of dishes from a home in the 500 block of West Augusta Street.
On Sunday at 4:25 p.m., Millie Nevels, 45, 217 Gillespie St., was arrested and charged with shoplifting (first offense) after a Dollar General employee said she stole $3 worth of merchandise from the store.

On Sunday at 7:36 p.m., a Beaverdam Road woman said a 30-year-old woman and a Youngblood Street man would not bring her 2001 Chevrolet Blazer back to her.
On Sunday at 9:13 p.m., a Virginia Street woman said that her grandson was hit in the face with a boxing glove while he was visiting his mother, an Ethel Waters Drive woman, and the incident caused a knot and a cut on his forehead.
On September 11 at 10:57 p.m., a Gillespie Drive woman said her boyfriend, a 24-year-old Roosevelt Street man, stole her iPhone 7S plus valued at $300.
On Friday at 8:30 a.m., a Catchings Avenue woman said someone broke into her Ford Mustang and tried to steal the radio, valued at $500, and caused damage to the screen.
On September 12 at 4:51 a.m., a Shoppers Value Store employee said someone cut the lock off of one of the soda machines in front of the store and took an unknown amount of money.
On Monday at 1:12 p.m., a West Harding Street, Greenwood man said someone stole his credit card, and a brown Carhartt leather wallet.
On Sunday at 6:58 p.m., a Chapman Street man said a 25-year-old Chapman Street man was beating on his door trying to break into his home and on Monday at 2 p.m., the man said he wanted to file charges against the man for malicious mischief.
On Thursday at 10:47 a.m., a Walmart employee said a man came into the store and stole several baby items and clothing including two 3-piece baby sets and two 2-piece baby sets valued at $49 and left the store without paying for the items.
On September 9 at 6:40 p.m., a Walmart employee said a man came into the store and stole an Xbox 1 HDWR game system, valued at $298, from behind a counter and left the store without paying for it.
On September 11 at 8:06 p.m., a Baird Street woman said her husband, a 23-year-old Baird Street man, smashed the rear passenger side window on her 2007 Chevrolet CTA.
On Saturday at 8:46 p.m., a Martin Luther King Street, Duck Hill man said a Martin Luther King Street, Duck Hill woman was sexually assaulted by a 30-year-old Bates Avenue man.
On Thursday at 9:18 a.m., a Broadmoor Street man driving a 2005 Lexus E33 and a West Cleveland Avenue, Greenwood man driving a 2016 Mercedes B were involved in a sideswipe accident, however no injuries were reported.
On Sunday at 10:59 p.m., police went to the 600 block of Roosevelt Street because of shots fired, however no victims, suspects or witnesses were around, but police did find four spent Luger 9mm shell casings, a green shirt with Delta Car Wash on it, a white tank top and several spots of blood.
On September 11 at 10:57 a.m., a city of Indianola employee said a 23-year-old Seymour Drive woman illegally turned her water on.
On Saturday at 7 p.m., a Hibbett Sports employee said a man was in the store and she believed he was trying to steal something, but did not see him take anything.
On Sunday at 7:11 p.m., a Cox Street boy and an Oak Street boy were riding a mini bike on city streets, so the bike was seized and taken into custody for safekeeping.
On Sunday at 10:25 a.m., a Double Quick employee said someone drove away from the store without paying for gas.
On Monday at 9:57 a.m., a B.B. King Road man said an Ethel Waters Drive man damaged his white 2014 Ford F-150 near the U.S. 82 and Moody Drive intersection.
On Thursday at 6:06 p.m., a Walmart employee said someone stole a black flashlight valued at $16.
On Monday at 7:13 a.m., a Mourning Dove Drive, Greenville man said someone stole his 12-inch PowerBass speakers valued at $300, a red iPhone 7 valued at $700, a Smith & Wesson 9 mm pistol valued at $405 and a wallet out of a Nissan Maxima that was parked at the Delta Manor Apartments on Wiggins Road.
On September 12 at 12:15 p.m., a Clay Street woman said her ex-boyfriend, a 31-year old Chandler Street man, cut her on the bottom of her left foot.
On Sunday at 6:11 p.m., a Hoover Street man said several four-wheelers were driving through a yard near the Hoover and Oak streets area.
On September 12 at 4:17 p.m., a 38-year-old Coates Street woman and a 32-year-old Coates Street man were reportedly arrested because of a domestic dispute.
On Saturday at 8:41 a.m., a Plantation Road man said he lost his passport near the Double Quick.
On Saturday at 7:04 p.m., a West Gresham Street man said he wanted to pursue charges on a 33-year-old West Gresham Street woman after police were called to their home for a domestic disturbance.
On September 12 at 10:57 p.m., a Lee Street man said a 34-year-old North Elmwood Circle/Elaine Street man broke into his U.S. 82 business and took two loveseats and two sofas and police went to Faisonia Street near MS 448 to get it back.
On September 13 at 3:05 p.m., a South Walker Street man said a 35-year-old Lunar Circle man assaulted him by shooting at him because he confronted him about hitting his vehicle.
