The Indianola police made the following arrests,
On Thursday, Terrance Harris, 19, was arrested and charged with shoplifting (first offense).
On Aug. 30, Jimmy Lee James, 30, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana (first offense), possession of paraphernalia, shoplifting (first offense) and trespassing after notice of non-permission.
On Thursday at 11:16 a.m., police arrested Jonathan Lewis 25, 516 Kennedy Flat Road and charged with shoplifting (first offense).
On Thursday at 11:16 a.m., Patrick Reeder 24, 977 Lake Hall Road was arrested and charged with shoplifting (first offense).

On Aug. 29 at 8:56 am, police were called to the 700 block of Roosevelt Street, Indianola Early Head Start Center, because a storage room was burglarized. A Lee Street woman reported a Stihl leaf blower, and a Stihl weedeater stolen.
On Aug. 30 at 2:27 p.m., a Popeye’s employee called police to the restaurant because of a disturbance and damaged property. A 28-year-old North Walker Street man is the reported suspect and four cases of chicken were reported as damaged along with one case of biscuit margarine, four bags of batter, two tea bags, two packs of napkins, one case of chicken tenders, two boxes of chicken and three Popeye’s rugs were destroyed.
On Aug. 30 at 2:23 p.m., a man called police to the 400 block of Curtis Street about malicious mischief.
On Thursday at 3:56 p.m., a 74-year-old Quick Circle man told police someone burglarized his shed where two Stihl yard blowers were reported stolen.
On Thursday at 1:37 p.m., a South Deer Creek Drive, Leland woman called police to the 200 block of West Gresham about animal cruelty where seven pit bulls had been left unattended. A 25-year-old West Gresham Street man is listed as the suspect.
On Thursday at 8:52 a.m., a 34-year-old Morningside Drive resident called police about a burglary where a Regions Bank credit card and warehouse keys were reported stolen. A 2011 Ford F-150 and a 2010 Honda Odyssey is also listed on the report.
On Thursday at 5:29 p.m., someone called police about a downed power line in the 400 block of Marie Street. Police found that a tree had fallen causing damage to a house.
On Friday at 7:03 p.m., a 37-year-old Cannon Ridge Drive, Brandon woman called police and told them that her aunt, a 63-year-old Westside Avenue woman, was backing out of the driveway and hit her 2016 Lexus with a 2012 Toyota causing minor damage.
On Friday at 11:41 a.m., while police were patrolling in the 600 block of Lincoln Street, they saw a 46-year-old Leland woman sitting on the front of a Lincoln Street home. Police approached the woman because she fit the description of a woman seen on video from Love's Truck Stop using a stolen credit card to buy cigarettes. She was arrested for possession of paraphernalia and is being held for further investigation.
On Saturday at 3:52 p.m., a 34-year-old Broadmoor Drive woman told police that a 40-year-old North Deer Creek West, Leland woman was harassing her at the Walmart hair salon.
On Saturday at 2:23 p.m., a 45-year-old Coolidge Street woman told police that someone came into her home and took her purse while she was asleep. Police attempted to take fingerprints at her home but were unable to get any.
On Saturday at 3:31 p.m., a Brantley Circle woman called police to the 600 block of Second Street, Sookie’s Restaurant, about property damage where she told them she was backing up in the parking lot and hit a parked 2006 Chevrolet Impala with her 2011 Toyota.
On Saturday at 10 p.m., police were told to be on the lookout for a black Ford Focus driven by a 17-year-old Moore Street, Inverness boy. The boy was reportedly not authorized to use the vehicle. Police saw the car turn into the Double Quick parking lot on Second Street and confiscated it.
On Saturday at 12:58 a.m., a 42-year-old Quick Circle man, who reported a strong-armed robbery, called to police the 500 block of Porter Drive. He said two men robbed him and took $40 and a cell phone.
On Saturday at 2:14 p.m., a 40-year-old North Deer Creek West, Leland woman told police that a 34-year-old Broadmoor Drive woman threatened her while she was at the Walmart beauty salon. The woman told police that the 34-year-old woman threatened to beat her.
On Sunday at 11:30 p.m., police were called to the Dollar General Warehouse about property damage where someone ran into the security gate.
On Sunday at 6:52 p.m., a 70-year-old West Gresham Street man told police he wanted to file a report about false pretense. A 33-year-old Inwood Street, Moorhead woman was listed as the suspect.
On Monday at 11:59 a.m. police spoke to a Cox Street man and his two daughters about a fight that took place on Chandler Street between four juveniles. An adult on the scene had to break up the altercation between them. And both sets of parents wanted the incident documented but no charges were filed.
On Monday at 12:52 p.m., an Airport Road woman called police to the 900 block, Oscar Giles Apartments, because a dumpster was on fire.

On Aug. 29, Latoby S. Williams 35, 509 East Washington St., Moorhead was arrested and charged with burglary.
On Aug. 29, Ivory Courtney 53, 411 Mimosa Drive was arrested and charged with simple domestic violence.
On Aug. 30, James Earl Walker Jr., 27, 702 Spruce St., Moorhead was arrested and charged with domestic violence—simple assault and disorderly conduct— resisting arrest.
On Aug. 30, Sammy Eugene Weeks 56, 75 Forest Acres Road, Leland was arrested and charged with public drunkenness.
On Sept. 1, Marcus Orlando Haney 22, 307 West Gresham St., was arrested and charged with contempt of court for failure to appear.
On Sept. 1, Terry Lynn Crews 46, South Broad Street, Leland was arrested and charged with possession of paraphernalia and fraudulent credit card
On Sept. 2, W. T. Rounds Jr., 36, 622 Garrard Road was arrested and charged with burglary of a commercial building.
On Sept. 3, Desmond A. Hayes 26, 215 Wiggins Road, Apt., 25, was arrested and charged with public drunkenness.
