New Hope Church of God in Christ, 600 Forrest Street, Indianola, will celebrate Black History Month with a 2 p.m. program on Sunday, February 23. The guest speaker will be Grenada’s Mayor Charles Latham, the first African American man to serve as mayor of that city.
