The Indianola Academy Colonels are district champions again.
The 2018 division title win came against the Colts of Bayou Academy on Friday night.
IA won the game 42-24.
The Colts came to Legion Field to play, hitting hard and forcing multiple turnovers in the first half.
The score was knotted up 14-14 at halftime.
The Colonels, however, had an explosive second half on offense and defense, forcing their own set of turnovers, including a 100-yard pick-6 that was returned 100 yards by Randy Kimble.
In other action this week, Gentry went on the road an fell 56-14 to the Wildcats of Clarksdale.
Calhoun took care of North Sunflower Academy by a 54-14 score, and Ruleville lost for the first time in three weeks, 38-6 at the hands of Charleston.
