Indianola Academy is just a day away from playing for the AAA State Championship for the fourth consecutive year, and you will not want to miss any of the action.
IA will face Adams County Christian School in the final game of the MAIS state championship matchups on Saturday night.
Here’s a quick guide to the day’s festivities so that you don’t miss a thing.
The Colonels are scheduled to depart from Legion Field at 12:45 p.m. on Saturday. Fans are encouraged to line highway 49 heading out of town to cheer on the team and wish them good luck.
If you are planning to attend the game, it will be held at Jackson Academy at 4908 Ridgewood Rd in Jackson.
Kickoff is slated for 6:30, not 7 p.m.
If you are not able to attend the game in person, there are two ways you can pick up the action. One is by radio. Watson Cook and Brady Smith will have the play-by-play as always on Supertalk FM 96.9.
If you want to watch the action online, go to www.raidernetwork.org. Scroll down to the list of upcoming football games, and you will see a heading that says “What’s on Now?” Once the broadcast starts, prior to kickoff, you will be able to access the live stream by clicking on the video icon.
As always, The Enterprise-Tocsin will be on the sidelines, giving the latest scoring updates, with images from the field. We will also have full coverage in next week’s edition, followed by a special edition in the coming weeks, commemorating another great run by the Colonels.
