Indianola Academy will see a familiar face during the first round of the Mississippi Association of Independent Schools football playoffs this Friday night.
The Colonels will welcome North Delta Green Wave of Batesville (No. 16 seed) for the second time this season.
During the week of Sept. 22, Indianola Academy soundly defeated North Delta on its own turf 38-8.
The Colonels ran the table on its opponents during the regular season, completing its 10-0 2017 campaign on the road at Lee Academy in Clarksdale Friday night.
The winner of the IA-North Delta contest will face off against the winner of the Bayou (No. 8) and Leake (No. 9) contest. That game will be played Nov. 3.
