The North Sunflower Academy Rebels baseball team recently split a pair of games against Delta opponents.
NSA took on Humphreys Academy back on March 22, defeating the Belzoni team 9-5.
Patrick Boykin was a homer shy of the cycle, getting on base with a single, double and triple in the game to go along with five RBI and a run scored.
Bennett Boykin also picked up a hit in the game with 2 RBI and 2 runs scored.
Bo Dawson doubled in a run and also scored a run, while Jacob Henley singled and scored once.
Against North Delta Academy last week, NSA put up 8 runs but could not hold on in a 9-8 loss.
Bennett Boykin had a pair of singles and 2 RBI in the game, while Jacolby Brown also had two base knocks and 3 runs scored.
Patrick Boykin singled and Chandler Hayes had a hit in the loss.
Coming into this week, NSA was 3-5 and 2-1 in district play.
They are scheduled to play tonight on the road against Sharkey-Issaquena.
