Dr. and Mrs. Jerome McRoy Gibson announce the engagement of their daughter, Hannah Claire Gibson, to Michael Houseman Gresham.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Bob Lee Gibson of Arlington, Texas and Mrs. Donald James Foster and the late Dr. Foster of Sterling, Ill. Miss Gibson is a graduate of Alamo Heights High School in San Antonio, Texas. She attended Texas Christian University, where she graduated in 2017 with honors in journalism and was an active member of Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority. She is a full-time photographer and freelance writer in Dallas.
The prospective bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas George Gresham of Indianola. He is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Donelson Marion Houseman of Dallas and the late Mr. and Mrs. William Walton Gresham Jr. of Indianola. Mr. Gresham is a 2008 honor graduate of Indianola Academy and a 2012 magna cum laude graduate of University of Mississippi, where he earned a degree in civil engineering and served as president of Phi Delta Theta fraternity. Mr. Gresham received a master’s degree in engineering from University of Texas in 2014 and a master’s degree in business administration from Southern Methodist University in 2019. He is a real estate investment manager with Velocis in Dallas.
The couple will be married Saturday, April 23 at Christ Episcopal Church in San Antonio, Texas, with a reception to follow at the Argyle.
