Higher Heights Missionary Baptist Church welcomed community members for a spirited Sunday worship service led by Pastor Rev. Gary Perryman. The uplifting atmosphere drew in attendees eager to connect with one another and celebrate their faith.
Following the service, church members and guests enjoyed a delightful fellowship meal featuring a variety of dishes, bringing together family and friends.
This week’s gathering was particularly special as it included appearances from local coaches and players: Coach Derrick Fears of the MDCC men's team, Coach Tangela Banks of the MDCC women's team, and Coach Kurtis Stuckey of the Moorhead Middle boys' team. The coaches, along with their players, spent time with Pastor Perryman, engaging with the congregation and sharing their insights on teamwork and community spirit.
“The service was great, and the meal was delicious,” said Pastor Perryman. “We’re grateful for the fellowship and the opportunity to connect with our local coaches, players, and community members.”
Higher Heights Missionary Baptist Church continues to play a vital role in fostering community connections in Moorhead, exemplifying the spirit of togetherness through worship and shared meals.
