Dear Editor,
Delta Mission is on a break! Our seniors are out for the summer! Our last session was a drive-thru event to bid everyone goodbye. Our director made sure we all had a gift, for which we all are so appreciative. We are so thankful to everyone who had a part in this that kept us moving during the pandemic. Pastor Herron Wilson, by God’s grace, has kept us connected. Through Zoom we communicated, we had Bible study, we prayed together and stayed together!
We will be out while Pastor Wilson will be teaching his Bible classes throughout the Delta. After that he will be going on a well-deserved vacation for a couple of weeks. His hands are always full - he never says “No” to anything. God sent him an angel for a secretary and an assistant and she is so sweet. She’s humble, kind and considerate. May God forever bless Ms. Hale.
