Indianola police made the following arrests,
On September 2 at 1:19 a.m., Robert Earl Price, 619 Hoover St., was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct (disturbing the peace) and public drunkenness after officers were called to the 100 block of U.S. Highway 82 West / Double Quick store. A Martin Luther King Jr Avenue, Sunflower man is listed as a witness and a Cox Street man is also named in the report.
On September 2 at 11:33 p.m., Jeremy Deante Lockhart, 36901 County Road 507, Apt., 718, Itta Bena was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of intoxicating liquids or other substances. Lockhart was apparently in a traffic accident on Westside Avenue involving his 2023 Kia KS and a 2022 Ford F150 pickup, owned and driven by a Polasini Lane, Leland man. Another Polasini Lane, Leland man, a Little Milton Avenue, Inverness man and a South Davis Circle woman are listed as passengers in the vehicles. Both vehicles reportedly were damaged, but no injuries were reported.

On August 29 at 9:51 a.m., a Cox Street woman said her ex-boyfriend, a Cox Street man, stole her 2001 Chevrolet Monte Carlo valued at $2,000.
On August 29 at 7:43 a.m., a Broadmoor Drive woman said that her ex-husband, an Azalea Drive man, broke the driver's side window out of her 2014 Nissan Maxima in the 700 block of Kinlock Road.
On August 29 at 11:25 a.m., a Country Place Drive, Pearl, Mississippi woman said that someone has stolen one of her customer's vehicle, a 2013 Chevrolet Malibu, and the vehicle was pinging in Indianola. A Cypress Bend Boulevard man and a Raymond Road, Jackson, Mississippi man are listed as the suspects. The victim is reportedly a Forest Hill Road, Byram, Mississippi woman. Several items were taken into evidence including a Mossberg International 715T .22 caliber weapon, two magazines, 34 pieces of .22 caliber ammo, a ski mask, several driver’s licenses, debit cards and an insurance card.
On August 29 at 2:41 p.m., a Cox Street woman said someone broke into her 2001 Chevrolet Monte Carlo.
On August 29 at 6:03 p.m., a Dorsett Drive man and a Spinnaker Cove, Rowlett, Texas woman are named as both suspect and victim in an assault that took place in the 200 block of Birdsong Street. A Birdsong Street man and an East Elmwood Circle woman are also listed as suspects.
On August 29 at 6:57 p.m., a Helm Road, Leland man said an Easy Street woman damaged his 2019 Dodge Charger. An Easy Street man is listed as a witness and another man is also named.
On August 30 at 12:25 p.m., officers were called to the 500 block of U.S. Highway 82 East about an accident involving a Ken Lucas Circle, Cleveland, Mississippi man driving a 2012 Dodge Charger and a MS Highway 442, Doddsville man driving a 2016 Chevrolet pickup. There was reported damage to the hood and front bumper of the Dodge Charger, but no injuries were reported. A MS Highway 496, Meridian woman is listed as a passenger in one of the vehicles.
On August 30 at 3:24 p.m., a Stephen Lyon Road woman said a Wiggins Road man committed forgery by check in the amount of $12,400.
On August 30 at 3:51 p.m., two Camellia Lane men, with the same address, are listed as both suspect and victim in an assault with injuries that happened at their address.
On August 30 at 6:30 p.m., officers were called to the 1100 block of U.S. Highway 82 to assist emergency medical staff at a hotel where an Oak Ridge Road, Boyle woman is listed as the victim. A Boyle man with the same address is also listed on the report.
On August 29th at 7:00 p.m., officers were called to the 1000 block of Oak Street about an accident involving a Iowa Street, Kenner, Kentucky man driving a 2022 Dodge Ram diesel tractor truck and a 2001 Ford tractor-trailer owned by an Oak Street man.
On August 31 at 3:43 p.m., a Slim Street man said that a Roosevelt Street man assaulted him in the 1000 block of Garrard Avenue.
On August 31 at 6:34 p.m., Rose Drive woman said she experienced damage to the rear bumper of her 2018 Honda Accord.
On September 1 at 7:21 a.m., officers responded to an accident on Faisonia Avenue near Augusta Street involving a 2018 Dodge Journey, driven by a South Southwest Plaza Circle woman, and a 2012 Nissan Altima.
On September 1 at 9:48 a.m., a Bellevue Drive man said that a Hough Avenue woman was harassing him at the Double Quick store on B.B. King Road and has been harassing him for over three months. A Bellevue Drive woman is listed as a witness.
On September 1 at 3:36 p.m., a B.B. King Road woman said that a Roosevelt Street man was being threatened by a Coates Street man in the 400 block of B.B. King Road.
On September 3 at 2:52 p.m., a Main Street man said that a Galaxie Circle man, a Kinlock Road man and a Church Avenue man robbed him on Church Avenue. The trio reportedly stole $3,500 cash and a gold necklace valued at $3,200.
On September 3 at 5:47 p.m., officers were called to the 1200 block of U.S. Highway 82 West about an accident involving a Marie Road woman driving a 2013 Ford Fusion and a Village Drive, Jackson man driving a 2019 Mercedes GLC. A Sixth Street, Leland man is listed as a witness and a Sixth Street, Leland woman is listed as a passenger. Damage was reported to both vehicles, but no injuries were reported.
On September 3 at 11:00 p.m., officers were called to the 200 block of Garrard Avenue about a suspicious person possibly with a handgun. It was reportedly a juvenile whose parents are listed as North Walker Circle residents. A Taurus G2C .9mm handgun, a magazine and three live .9mm rounds were taken into evidence.
On September 4 at 11:10 a.m., officers were called to the 100 block of Capshaw Drive about an incorrigible child.
On September 4 at 12:39 p.m., an East Percy Street man said someone stole $161 worth of 5.56 NATO green tip ammunition.
On September 4 at 6:43 p.m., officers were called to U.S. Highway 49 to investigate an accident involving a Josephine Street, Hollandale woman and a Southland Street, Greenville woman driving a 2004 Lincoln Towncar. No injuries were reported.
On September 5 at 2:49 a.m., a Wilson Circle, Belzoni woman said someone broke into her 2010 Chevrolet Impala in the 600 block of U.S. Highway 82 West and stole a pair of Air Jordan 13's valued at $104.
On September 5 at 10:30 a.m., officers were called to the 100 block of East Baker Street about an accident involving a South Wade Road woman driving a 2018 Chevrolet Equinox and a King Williams Road man driving a 1999 Chevrolet Silverado. The driver of the Equinox said that she was backing out of the parking lot onto Baker Street when she hit the Chevrolet Silverado as it was turning into the clinic's parking lot. She reportedly stated that the accident was her fault.
On September 5 at 1:03 p.m., a Porter Drive woman said that she lost a Hot Pepper Android cell phone, on August 1, while she was out running errands, but someone stole her LG flip phone. The woman said she had a guest staying with her when the LG phone went missing and that the phone was not activated at the time, but now it is activated. She said that she has called the phone, but no one picks up.
On September 6 at 6:57 a.m., a Bellevue Drive man said someone broke into his 2005 Casda (Kenworth) KW truck while it was located on B.B. King Road near the cotton gin. He reported damage to the left driver's side window and the interior of the vehicle.
On September 6 at 10:50 p.m., officers were called to the 500 block of Clay Street about a disturbance where they found several people standing outside screaming at each other. The officers reportedly asked the people to calm down and all complied except for a Clay Street woman who continued to scream and yell obscenities at the other people standing around. The woman's mother reportedly told her several times to leave the property, but she did not comply. Reportedly, she repeatedly went back into the house and–on at least one occasion–was followed by officers where she reportedly told them she needed to get her other shoe. However, she started to throw things around and kicked over a fan breaking it. The officers then reportedly grabbed her and attempted to escort her out and as she was walking out she continued to kick at the people that were standing around. She was reportedly warned several times to stop or she would be pepper-sprayed, so after she continued to pull away and kick at the crowd, the officers followed through with the spray at which time the woman supposedly sat down on the front porch and was given a bottle of water to rinse her eyes. MedStat was called to attend to her eye irritations, but the woman got up and ran behind the house where there were supposedly "big dogs." The officers attempted to look for her, but could not find her.

Tyler, 34, 157 East Park Ave., Drew was arrested and charged with felon carrying a concealed weapon, resisting or obstructing arrest, simple assault on a law enforcement officer and disorderly conduct (failure to comply with the requests or commands of law enforcement officers).
On September 6 at 4:00 p.m., Jamiel O'Brian Garmon, 40, 204 Jefferson Boulevard, Shaw was arrested and charged with disturbing the peace (public or peace of others).
On Thursday at 1:27 a.m., Latasha Kirk, 40, 510 Clay St., was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct (failure to comply with the requests or commands of law enforcement officers), disturbing the peace (public or peace of others) and resisting or obstructing arrest.
On Thursday at 10:26 a.m., D'Martayvous Edwards, 22, 603 Hanna Ave., was arrested and charged with violation of drug court rules.
On Saturday at 1:42 p.m., Nelson Stamps, 56, 103 Herman Johnson Street was arrested and charged with domestic violence with injuries.
On Saturday at 1:59 p.m., Iesha Williams, 38, 14 Henry Rosser St., was arrested and charged with simple domestic violence.
On Saturday at 11:45 a.m., Tyrone Cason, 48, 110 Leflore County Road, Schlater, Mississippi was arrested and charged with no/expired driver's license, DUI (first offense), no insurance and reckless driving.
On Sunday at 12:12 a.m., Demarquise Dean, 28, 7310 Martha St., Moorhead was arrested and charged with DUI (first offense).
On Sunday at 6:10 p.m., Robert Lee Brinch, 67, 308 Henderson St., was arrested and charged with a motor vehicle violation: no license, contempt of court, driving with a suspended/revoked driver's license, accident: vehicle unattended and no insurance.
On Sunday at 9:45 p.m., Tavarus O. Burnett, 18, 108 Whittington Drive was arrested and charged with having the sale, transfer, distribution, or possession with intent to sell a controlled substance.
