Indianola police made the following arrests February 27 to March 6,
On February 28 at 12:28 p.m., Michael Wayne Hall, 1305 West Sunflower Road, Cleveland was arrested and charged with simple assault on a policeman, fireman, school official or employee of a private correctional facility in the line of duty, disorderly conduct (disturbing the peace) and resisting or obstructing arrest. Officers were called to the 300 block of Second Street about an assault where a Second Street man is listed as the victim.
On March 1 at 7:30 a.m., Ryan Neal Noe, 6135 Devon Circle, Horn Lake was arrested and charged with trespassing after warning and stalking. A Jewel Circle, Moorhead woman is the reported victim. Her mother, a West Percy Street woman, told officers that her daughter's ex-boyfriend keeps coming to her home.
On March 3 at 4:47 p.m., McKinley Gene Barnes, 607 Chandler St., was arrested and charged with trespassing after non-permission. An officer was reportedly doing a walk-through at Walmart when an employee reported that Barnes was shoplifting.

On February 27 at 8:44 a.m., a Beaverdam Road woman said that a former employee, a Bancroft Avenue, Rochester, Indiana man used a company credit card to make personal purchases without company permission. She said the former employee stole $2,324 from Double Quick Refuel.
On February 27 at 10:39 a.m., a Jackson Street woman said that a Galaxie Circle man assaulted her during a domestic dispute. The man also reportedly stole $102 in cash.
On February 27 at 10:46 a.m., a Dollar General Distribution Center, employee said someone stole his iPhone 12 and a company iPad 9th Generation, valued at $563, from a training office.
On February 27 at 11:35 a.m., officers were called to Carver Elementary School where a Cliff Finch Avenue, Sunflower woman said someone had broken a window out of her 2014 Chevrolet.
On February 27 at 2:09 p.m., officers were notified by the Sunflower County Sheriff's Office of a two-car accident in the 600 block of U.S. Highway 82 West. A North Southwest Plaza Circle woman, driving a 2009 Chevrolet Impala and a Robinson Road, Doddsville woman, driving a 2014 Jeep Cherokee were involved. Although, emergency medical services were called out, no injuries were reported.
On February 27 at 10:53 p.m., officers were called to the 300 block of Oklahoma Avenue where an Oklahoma Avenue man said he was assaulted and injured by a Jefferson Street man. The Oklahoma Avenue man said that he was simply asking the other man to leave his home with all of his negativity when the man got violent.
On February 28 at 12:27 a.m., a woman said that her son, a Curtis Street man, left his 2008 Chevrolet Impala running because he can't cut it off and someone stole it.
On February 28 at 3:24 a.m., a Patricia Drive man said that someone was in his backyard and had destroyed his storage room door.
On February 28 at 8:03 p.m., officers were called to U.S. Highway 49 South after someone reported that a Martin Drive, Belzoni man, driving a 2008 Chevrolet Cobalt, was driving in the wrong direction on the highway.
On February 28 at 9:33 p.m., an Airport Road man said that his girlfriend, a Westside Avenue woman, had stolen his RZ - 17 Tactical 12-gauge shotgun valued at $310 and that she left driving a gray Malibu.
On February 29 at 2:04 a.m., officers were notified by the Greenwood-Leflore County Hospital that an Airport Road woman had been assaulted in Indianola by her boyfriend, a County Road 357, McCarley, Mississippi man. A Beaverdam Road woman, driving a 2010 Hyundai Tucson, is also listed as a victim.
On February 29 at 3:51 p.m., officers were called to the Walmart store after an employee said that a Clay Street woman was shoplifting. The woman, who was driving a 2008 Ford Explorer, reportedly stole $46 worth of gray plastic totes, $574 worth of ribeye steaks and a $59 pressure cooker.
On March 1 at 9:49 a.m., an Adair Avenue woman said that someone came into her home while she and her family were asleep and stole her Roku 42-inch flat screen TV valued at $350 and damaged her Hisense 32-inch flat screen TV.
On March 1 at 10:40 a.m., a South Davis Circle woman said that she was fighting with her boyfriend, an Easy Street man, in the 600 block of Garrard Avenue. However, there was no one at the address when officers arrived.
On March 1 at 11:46 a.m., a B.B. King Road woman said that while she was checking her mailbox two dogs that are owned by a neighbor chased and tried to attack her.
On March 1 at 3:49 p.m., a woman said that her mother, a Compress Road, Inverness woman, had been involved in a two-car accident near the Double Quick store in the 200 block of Second Street. A 2019 Chevrolet Malibu and a 2013 Cadillac Escalade were reportedly involved, but no injuries were reported.
On March 1 at 7:03 p.m., a man said that his daughter's boyfriend, a Galaxie Circle man, had jumped on her and cut her pretty badly.
On March 2 at 1:46 a.m., a Wiggins Road woman said that a Main Street man shot into her 2011 GMC Terrain and caused $250 worth of damage to the driver's side, $250 worth of damage to the driver's seat and $500 worth of damage to the hatchback.
On March 2 at 6:22 a.m., a Double Quick employee at the store in the 300 block of Second Street said that a Torino Drive man was on store property and refused to leave after being told to do so.
On March 2 at 9:10 a.m., a Pappy Adams Circle, Grenada woman said someone broke into her 2011 Dodge Charger in the 100 block of South Walker Circle, and stole a Glock 9mm handgun valued at $550.
On March 2 at 1:36 p.m., a Murphy Road, Hollandale woman said that she is being constantly harassed by her unborn child's father's current girlfriend, a Janet Davis Circle woman.
On March 3 at 1:05 p.m., a Grant Street, Hollandale woman said that she was attacked by a man driving a black 2018 Honda Accord and two other women. She reportedly ran into her grandmother's house and said that the trio attacked her and were trying to kill her. She said that the man had also taken her child. Two suspects are named, a Torino Drive / West Percy Street man and a Jeff Davis Drive woman.
On March 4 at 9:56 a.m., a Battle Street woman said someone was breaking into her 2002 Honda Accord and her 2005 Acura TL.
On March 4 at 11:37 a.m., a West Gresham Street man said that a Bellevue Drive / Grove Park woman was damaging vehicles that were parked in his yard. A 2002 Chevrolet Suburban was reportedly damaged. There was $250 worth of damage done to the driver's seat and a back passenger seat.
On March 4 at 12:22 p.m., officers were called to the 400 block of Main Street about a disturbance and the suspect is listed as a Second Street man.
On March 4 at 12:39 p.m., the Sunflower County Sheriff's Office notified officers of a disturbance in the 400 block of Highland Drive where a Highland Drive man is listed as the victim and another Highland Drive man is listed as the suspect.
On March 5 at 8:11 a.m., a First Avenue woman said that another woman has been harassing her at her home.
On March 5 at 1:55 p.m., officers responded to the post office parking lot about an accident involving a woman and a man driving a 2011 GMC Yukon and a 2009 Toyota Camry. No injuries were reported.
On March 5 at 3:00 p.m., officers responded to the Indianola Family Medical Clinic in the 100 block of East Baker Street after a Cypress Lane, Greenville woman said that her child's father, a Cypress Lane Greenville man, came to the clinic and stole her house and car keys and an Apple iPhone valued at $195.
On March 2 at 9:29 a.m., a Porter Drive woman said that she saw two men on her security camera trying to break into her vehicle through the back window.
On March 5 at 6:16 p.m., a Main Street man said that a Henderson Street man and a Henderson Street woman stole a Frigidaire refrigerator valued at $175, a Whirlpool stove valued at $150, a wall heater valued at $135 and a flat grill valued at $35 from a house in the 400 block of East Gresham Street.
On March 5 at 9:49 p.m., the Sunflower County Sheriff's Office advised officers of a single-car accident near the intersection of U.S. Highway 82 and U.S. Highway 49 between Wendy's and the Love's Travel Stop. A Pat Avenue, Inverness woman, driving a 2005 Chrysler 300, was involved, but no injury was reported.
On March 6 at 5:08 a.m., a Wiggins Road woman said that someone stole a 2005 Chevrolet Cruze and a 2013 Honda Hyundai Elantra, valued at $8,000, owned by a Broadmoor Drive woman, out of her yard.
On March 6 at 5:05 a.m., officers were told about an apparently stolen 2013 Hyundai Elantra, owned by Broadmoor Drive woman, that was found abandoned in a ditch on Kinlock Road near Wiggins Road.
On March 6 at 7:06 a.m., officers were called to the 200 block of Wiggins Road after a Wiggins Road woman said that someone had damaged her 2013 Kia Optima. A 2006 Hyundai Sonata owned by a Jefferson Street man was also damaged. A Kim Herman Cove boy is the named suspect.
On March 6 at 9:20 a.m., officers noticed a stolen 2015 Chevrolet Cruze, owned by Wiggins Road woman, in the 200 block of Front Avenue extended. A Hannah Avenue boy and a Grand Avenue boy were reportedly charged with grand larceny, and a Birdsong Street boy was reportedly charged with grand larceny, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct (failure to comply with police).
On March 6 at 11:59 a.m., a Kinlock Road man said that someone broke into his 2015 Hyundai Sonata through the rear driver's side door window and caused $130 worth of damage to the steering wheel column on his car.
On March 6 at 2:52 p.m., a Chandler Street man said that someone driving a 2016 Nissan Altima ran into his 2004 Dodge Ram pickup in the 300 block of College Avenue. A Cleveland Street woman is listed as the other driver.
On March 6 at 7:27 p.m., a South Walker Street woman said that someone had backed into her vehicle in the 500 block of Jackson Street. A 2011 Nissan pickup truck owned by South Walker Street man and a 2013 Dodge Charger owned by a Jackson Street woman are the reported vehicles. Initially, officers were unable to reach either person; however, someone reached out to officers later and said they were trying to work it out among themselves.
On March 6 at 10:08 p.m., a Sunflower Avenue woman said that she was being harassed by a Josephine Street, Hollandale man who told her that she had better sleep with one eye open and one eye closed. A Sunflower Avenue boy is also mentioned and reportedly charged with contempt of court.

On March 5 at 8:00 p.m., Timothy Appleberry, 46, 405 Hampton St., was arrested and charged with two counts of contempt of court.
On March 6 at 4:50 p.m., Algea G. Clay, 48, 222 Eastmore St., Greenville was arrested and charged with aggravated assault.
On March 7 at 9:15 p.m., Destiny Ayana Williams, 26, 1003 Inwood St., Moorhead was arrested and charged with no insurance, resisting or obstructing arrest, fleeing or eluding a law enforcement officer in a motor vehicle and disorderly conduct (failure to comply with the requests or commands of law enforcement officers.
On Friday at 7:04 p.m., Lebruhnze Gulley, 19, Moorhead was arrested and charged with the sale, transfer, distribution, or possession of a controlled substance with the intent to sell and introduction of contraband into a correctional facility.
On Friday at 7:40 p.m. Da’ Marrion Britton, 18, 705 Spruce St., Moorhead was arrested and charged with aggravated domestic violence and possession of a stolen firearm.
On Friday at 11:05 p.m., Kobe Conrod, 19, 311 Henretta St., Ruleville was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance and resisting or obstructing arrest.
On Saturday at 8:23 a.m., Deja Denika McWayne, 37, 607 Lance Cove, Cleveland was arrested and charged with the sale, possession or use of a controlled substance or narcotic drug within a correctional facility.
On Saturday at 11:15 p.m., Manfred Mahlon Johnson, 25, 406 West Gresham St., was arrested and charged with simple domestic violence.
