Indianola Police made the following arrests,
On April 18 at 2:27 p.m., Tabernequa Dyshena Holmes, 27, 129 North Southwest Plaza was arrested and charged with contempt of court, harassment, simple assault to put fear by menace and telephone harassment/threatening/obscenities/abuse (first offense). A 39-year-old Hannah Avenue woman is the reported victim.
On April 20 at 11:46 a.m., Jada E. Smith, 24, 121 Herman Johnson St., was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct–disturbing the peace.
Also arrested was Jeanette Smith, 51, 914 Broadmoor Drive. She was charged with disturbing the peace. A 22-year-old Plantation Avenue, Sunflower man is listed as a suspect. A man reportedly called police and said that his mother would not give him his child-support money.
On Saturday at 11:03 p.m., Mary Louise Collins, 49, 503 Jefferson St., was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct (failure to comply with police) after officers were called to U.S. Highway 82 to assist Moorhead police in a pursuit.

On April 17 at 3:56 a.m., a Linley Lane, Charleston, Mississippi man and a South Laurel Street, Webb, Mississippi woman called officers to the 900 block of U.S. Highway 82 East because of shots fired. Damage was reported to a 2022 Kia Sorento and a 2021 Kia Forte. A bottle of Dasani water and two shell casings were taken in to evidence.
On April 17 at 11:13 a.m., a Stonewall Drive man said he lost his Apple iPhone.
On April 17 at 11:13 a.m., a Lee Street woman said someone stole $725 from her.
On April 17 at 11:27 a.m., a Double Quick employee said a 31-year-old Hull Circle man stole $240 worth of merchandise.
On April 18 at 3:03 p.m., officers were called to the 600 block of Oak Street because of a disturbance where an Oak Street woman is the victim and a 23-year-old Oak Street woman is the reported suspect.
On April 18 at 9:54 p.m., a West Gresham Street man driving a 2006 Nissan truck reported property damage in the area of North Sunflower Avenue.
On April 20 at 1:57 p.m., officers were called to the 1100 block of U.S. Highway 82 East (Jack's restaurant) about a disturbance and fight in progress. A Broadmoor Drive woman is the reported victim and an 18-year-old West Percy Street woman, a 20-year-old Seymour Drive woman and a 20-year-old Birdsong Street woman are the reported suspects.
On April 21 at 8:19 a.m., a South Southwest Plaza woman said someone stole $100 out of her Honda Pilot SUV.
On April 21 at 8:46 a.m., a North Davis Circle woman said a 41-year-old Virginia Street woman assaulted her in the 100 block of North Davis Circle.
On April 21 at 4:32 p.m., officers responded to an accident, involving a First Street, Isola woman, in the U.S. Highway 82/Copper Creek area.
On April 21 at 8:33 p.m., a 45-year-old Gardner Street man and a 71-year-old Gardner Street man were reportedly suspects in a family disturbance.
On April 22 at 2:56 p.m., a Slim Street woman driving a 2020 Nissan Altima and a Hughes Street, Greenville woman driving a 2008 Chevrolet Tahoe SUV were involved in an accident in the 700 block of Kinlock Road. No injuries were reported.
On April 23 at 9:37 p.m., officers responded to the 700 block of Hoover Street about a runaway juvenile.
On April 24 at 7:59 a.m., a Wiggins Road woman driving a 2017 Mercedes GLE and a North Church Street, Hollandale man driving a 2023 Honda Odyssey were involved in an accident near Second Street and B.B. King Road. No injuries were reported.
On April 24 at 12:24 p.m., a North Walker Circle man reported damage to his property in the 1300 block of Fourth Avenue.
On April 24 at 2:11 p.m., a Shoppers Value Foods employee made a complaint about a forged check. An 18-year-old Rose Drive man is the suspect and a County Road, Itta Bena woman driving a 2012 Nissan Sentra is the victim.
On April 24 at 2:20 p.m., a Turner's Downtown Market employee said a 41-year-old Main Street man and a 37-year-old Main Street woman stole a grocery basket valued at $250 and the battery, valued at $250, out of a 1997 Ford F150 pickup from the parking lot of the store.
On April 24 at 6:32 p.m., officers were called to the 1300 block of Bates Avenue/Bethune Recreational Center because of shots fired. A West Percy Street woman and a Jackson Street woman were listed as victims and a 19-year-old Maple Avenue, Moorhead man along with a 20-year-old Kinlock Road woman are listed as the suspects. A Brantley Circle woman, a Broadmoor Drive woman and a Kinlock Road woman are also named on the report. The officers reportedly took 13 10mm shell casings and half of a brick into evidence. A 2008 Toyota sedan and a 2013 Dodge Challenger were also reportedly taken into evidence.
On April 24 at 8:18 p.m., a Lee Street man said a 31-year-old Clifford Road, Sunflower man was contributing to the delinquency of a child.
On April 24 at 10:17 p.m., a Seymour Drive woman said a 19-year-old Jackson Street man, a 20-year-old Kinlock Road woman, a 20-year-old Broadmoor Drive woman, a 19-year-old Kinlock Road woman and a 20-year-old Brantley Circle woman were harassing her in the 300 block of Seymour Drive.
On April 24 at 11:39 p.m., a Stuart Street man said a North Davis Circle man broke into his vehicle in the 300 block of Alexander Street. The report did not list any stolen items.
On April 25 at 8:54 p.m., an East OHea Street, Greenville woman reported unspecified damage to a 2010 GMC truck that reportedly happened in the 900 block of U.S. Highway 82. A Stone Street Greenville woman is also mentioned on the report.
On April 26 at 6:03 p.m., a East Martin Luther King Jr Drive, Greenwood woman said a 36-year-old Barnes Street man damaged her Apple iPhone 14 Pro Max after officers were called because of a report of domestic violence.
On Thursday at 7:40 p.m., a Martin Drive, Belzoni woman, driving a 2018 Jeep Compass, said a 23-year-old Fountain Avenue woman, driving a 2007 Chevrolet Malibu, threatened and assaulted her in the 600 block of U.S. Highway 82.
On Friday at 11:53 a.m., a South California Street, Greenville man and a Jordan Drive woman, driving a 2018 Dodge Charger and a 2017 Honda Accord, were involved in an accident in the 900 block of U.S. Highway 82 West. They told officers that they were on their way to lunch when the incident happened.
On Friday at 1:59 p.m., officers were called to the 1100 block of U.S. Highway 82 after someone called and said there was a disturbance in the Jack's restaurant parking lot. A Roosevelt Street woman is listed as the complainant and a Cleveland Street man is also named on the report.
On Friday at 4:57 p.m., a man said a 20-year-old Alexander Street man robbed him at gunpoint in the 300 block of Johnson Street and stole $278.
On Saturday at 4:42 a.m., officers were called back to the police station because of a disturbance and vandalism where a 29-year-old Hoover Street man is listed as the suspect.
On Saturday at 9:55 a.m., a Continental Cove woman said someone broke into her 2013 Nissan and stole three identification documents including a birth certificate and social security card, a $150 Walmart gift card, an EBT card valued at $98, a Southern Bancorp card valued at $2,174, $50 cash and a wallet valued at $10.
On Saturday at 10:34 a.m., a Hampton Street woman said that a 44-year-old North Cliff Finch Avenue, Sunflower man sexually assaulted her in the 400 block of Hampton Street.
On Saturday at 5:11 p.m., a Pershing Avenue man, driving a 2005 Lexus RX and a Hannah Avenue man, driving a 2015 Nissan Altima, were involved in an accident near Hannah Avenue and Chandler Street. No injuries were reported.
On Sunday at 2:23 a.m., a Henderson Street woman reported damage to her vehicle that happened on Catchings Avenue.
On Sunday at 7:19 p.m., a Lincoln Avenue woman said a 35-year-old Greenville man assaulted her in the 400 block of Lincoln Street.
On Sunday at 10:36 p.m., a Bates Street business owner/Neighborhood Grocery said someone stole unspecified electronic equipment from his store.
On Monday at 7:44 a.m., a Robinson Road, Doddsville man said someone damaged his 2001 Chrysler van in the 400 block of East Gresham Street.
On Monday at 9:33 a.m., a 6th Street, Columbus, Mississippi woman, driving a 2013 Audi A5 and an Oak Street woman, driving a 2016 Chevrolet Malibu were involved in an accident in the 600 block of U.S. Highway 82.
No injuries were reported.
On Monday at 10:07 a.m., a Shaw/Skene Road, Boyle, Mississippi woman and a County Road 370, Greenwood man were named as both victim and suspect in a threatening assault involving trespassing on private property at A&A Recovery in the 1400 block of U.S. Highway 82 East.
On Monday at 11:39 a.m., a Steiner Road, Doddsville man said someone stole a Stihl weed eater valued at $350.
On Monday at 12:12 p.m., a Park Avenue man said someone stole a Glock 40 Gen 4 Model 22 handgun from his vehicle, valued at $582, while he was in the 200 block of Church Avenue.
On Monday at 12:48 p.m., a Crane Street man reported
that someone caused unspecified damage to his 2002 Chevrolet Tahoe.
On Monday at 10:54 p.m., a Roosevelt Street woman said that a 34-year-old Broadmoor Drive man damaged her property.

On Thursday at 10:10 a.m., Joshua Smith, 26, 210 Maxwell Ave., Apt G-56, Drew was arrested and charged with touching a child for lustful purposes, (gratification, molestation).
On Sunday at 11:44 p.m., Mary Collins, 49, 503 Jefferson St., was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct (failure to comply with the request or commands of law enforce
ment officers).
On Sunday at 12:24 a.m., Antonius Posey, 19, 503 Jefferson St., was arrested and charged with no insurance, reckless driving, possession of a stolen firearm and possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle.
On Sunday at 2:08 p.m., Joseph B. Wilson, 20, 27 Georgia Road, Cleveland was arrested and charged with making a terrorist threat (civilian population or organization).
On Sunday at 7:19 p.m., Louis West, 45, 609 Lane St., Cleveland was arrested and charged with felon in possession of a firearm.
