A quiet week of Gentry High Rams’ baseball will continue through next week’s Spring Break.
The absence of games was extended after this past Tuesday’s scheduled game with cross-county rival Thomas Edwards High of Ruleville was rained out.
However, on March 18 the 2-3, 0-2 Rams return to action when they host West Bolivar High School.
This upcoming contest against the Rosedale squad will also serve as the final non-regional tune-up prior to a 13-game run of Region 2-5A baseball games.
That extended run of regional action will begin on March 19 when Greenville High School comes to town to begin their three-game series with the Rams.
