The seniors at Delta Missions would like to thank God first for putting such wonderful angels in our lives at Christmastime. We had so many present tables joined together and filled to the brim. Every senior had two presents, plus what they won playing bingo. We had so much fun. We thank everyone from the bottom of our hearts and God for making it all possible.
We thank Ms. Sarah Woods, her assistants, Miss Donna Brent, her son, and Ms. Doris Shaw for making us a lovely pre-Christmas dinner. We had turnip greens, macaroni & cheese, chicken, baked ham with homemade dressing and all the trimmings, plus a take-home treat bag.
Additionally, we thank Mrs. Rosie Randell for her contribution to gift bags; we love you, Mrs. Randell and the same goes for you, Ms. Chatman. We appreciate your donation of gift bags.
We want to thank our executive director, Pastor Herron Wilson. When God made him, he broke the mold. We thank Ms. Hale for her kindness and patience; she works closely with Pastor Wilson.
We thank the staff, the board members, and everybody who had a hand in making this all possible. We thank God; we know he was in the plan.
