Services for Matthew Plummer will be held at 2:30 p.m. Saturday, March 22, at Mount Zion Heathman Missionary Baptist Church, Indianola. Burial will follow at Riverside Memorial Gardens.
Mr. Plummer, 65, died Wednesday, March 5, 2025.
Visitation will be from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. Friday, March 21, at Byas Funeral Home, Indianola, which is in charge of arrangements.
The Rev. Francis Plummer will officiate at the services.
Mr. Plummer is survived by: his mother, Georgia Plummer; three sons, Derrick McDaniel, Demandrick McDaniel and Malcolm Elmore; three sisters, Rosie Williams Davis, Diane Smith and Bettie Griffin; five grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
