ITTA BENA, Miss. (AP) — Jeremiah Kendall had 20 points and Alcorn State beat Mississippi Valley State 72-55 on Monday night, handing the Delta Devils their 26th straight loss dating to last season.
Kendall had five rebounds for the Braves (7-17, 6-5 Southwestern Athletic Conference). Jeremiah Gambrell made three 3-pointers and scored 15. Dekedran Thorn had 11 points and also made three 3s.
Rayquan Brown led the Delta Devils (0-24, 0-11) with 26 points. Danny Washington added 12 points and five assists.
