Trail ride organizers hit with warning

A trail ride organizer who held an event this month despite a cease and desist order, was issued a formal warning by County Code Inspector Percel Moore this week.
Deborah Brand, a landowner and organizer, faced scrutiny from the Sunflower County Board of Supervisors over a trail ride held on her property without proper approval.
