Double Homicide

According to Sunflower County Coroner Heather Burton, there was a double homicide (shooting) that left 33-year Octavis Martin and 23-year-old Davarius Martin both of Doddsville dead. Burton was dispatched to the scene of the shooting around 6 a.m. Friday. Both men’s bodies have been sent to Jackson for autopsies.
