NATIONAL SUMMARY
A storm will begin to move into Southern California
tomorrow, spreading heavy rain and thunderstorms across the
region. This could lead to flash flooding and mudslides.
Rain will begin to shift into Arizona through the day.
Farther north, another storm will begin to move into the
Northwest, bringing rain to this region. Any snow will
mainly be limited to the Cascades. In the center of the
nation, spotty showers will gather across the southern
Plains, while areas of drizzle as well as steadier rain will
remain mainly in the Midwest. The East Coast will continue
to experience dry and seasonable conditions as an area of
high pressure remains in control of the weather.
Temperatures will continue to trend in the historical
averages for late December.
