_____
NATIONAL SUMMARY
Thunderstorms, some severe, will rumble in the Midwest, Ohio
Valley and along the East coast tomorrow. Thunderstorms from
North Dakota to Kentucky will bring large hail, flash
flooding and localized damaging wind gusts. There may be an
isolated tornado from South Dakota to Illinois. In the
southern Ohio Valley and northern Tennessee Valley, repeated
rounds of downpours may lead to flooding, particularly in
low-lying and poor drainage areas. An area of high pressure
will promote hot and primarily dry weather across the
southern Plains and Southwest. There will be a spotty gusty
thunderstorm in the high terrain of Arizona and New Mexico.
Meanwhile, it will be turning warmer across the interior
Northwest and smoke from nearby wildfires may lead to hazy
skies. Across the Southeast it will be very humid.
