NATIONAL SUMMARY
Tomorrow, there can be a little sleet and freezing rain in
eastern North Carolina. There can also be a little light
rain and drizzle over the Florida Peninsula as well. Snow is
expected to spread across the Great Lakes region. Otherwise,
there can be a few spotty snow showers over Nebraska.
Otherwise, much of the nation is expected to remain dry. In
Southern California, another Santa Ana wind event can take
place. Gusts of 40-60 mph in the foothills are expected.
There will be an elevated risk of wildfires once again.
Otherwise, the winds can blow dust and especially ash in
areas that have already been affected by fires. The Plains
can be breezy and cold. The Southeast will remain cold as
well while the Northeast can be a bit warmer with
temperatures closer to historical averages.
