On Sunday at 3:09 p.m., a Johnson Avenue woman said a 20-year-old Flint Street, Mobile, Alabama man, driving a 2007 Chevrolet Tahoe, hit her 2005 Nissan Altima in the 300 block of Johnson Street and left the scene.

On Thursday at 7:02 a.m., a 49-year-old MS Hwy 448 man said someone broke into a 2008 Toyota Tacoma truck owned by Gardner Engineering and stole an auto battery valued at $112.

On Sunday at 9:13 p.m., a 25-year-old Broadmoor Drive woman said that a 43-year-old Church Street woman keeps coming to her home looking for her son after being asked not to. She said the woman causes a scene every time she comes, but no charges have been filed at this time.

On Thursday at 3:18 p.m., a 38-year-old Mimosa Drive woman said a 63-year-old Second Avenue woman stole her medication.

On Thursday at 2:47 p.m., a Roberts Road man driving a 2007 Chevrolet Monte Carlo said he damaged his car on Garrard Avenue when he hit a pothole.

On February 11 at 8:09 p.m., a 28-year-old George Baird Road, Inverness woman said a 20-year-old Roosevelt Street man threatened her.

On Saturday at 1:01 p.m., a 39-year-old Marjane Street, Inverness woman said a 34-year-old Beaverdam Road woman was trespassing.

On Friday at 4:22 p.m., a 35-year-old Jackson Street man said a 32-year-old Coates Street woman tried to run him over near Alexander and Jackson Street.

On February 7 at 7:13 p.m., an 18-year-old Fletcher Road, Isola resident said a 17-year-old South Davis Circle girl assaulted her at a home in the 200 block of South Davis Circle on February 6.

On Saturday at 4:47 a.m., a 41-year-old Roosevelt Street woman said someone broke the front window out of her home.

On Saturday at 5:57 p.m., an 84-year-old Fountain Avenue woman said someone broke into her home and stole a TV, a toaster oven, and a water hose.

On February 8 at 5:26 p.m., a 30-year-old Hoover Street woman said a 41-year-old Hoover Street man assaulted her.

On Thursday at 6:11 a.m., a Poplar Street, Grenada man said someone stole $1,500 worth of cigarettes from his truck, which is owned by Imperial Distribution, while it was parked at the Double Quick store on Catchings and U.S. Hwy 82.

On February 9 at 2:24 p.m., a 36-year-old Baird Avenue woman and a 30-year-old Coates Street woman driving a 2006 Chevrolet SK1 pickup and a 2011 Toyota Camry were involved in an accident in the 600 block of U.S. Hwy 82, no injuries were reported.

On Friday at 12:41 p.m., a 25-year-old Roosevelt Street woman said a 28-year-old Brady Street, Grenada man assaulted her.

On February 11 at 2:11 p.m., a 65-year-old Adair Avenue man and a 56-year-old East Percy Street woman were involved in an accident in the 100 block of Terrace Drive, no injuries were reported.

On February 11 at 9:07 a.m., a 24-year-old Fountain Street woman said someone broke into her home and stole two television sets, a DVD player and a wall heater.

On Thursday at 8:25 a.m., a 65-year-old Hull Circle woman said someone stole her Guaranty Bank debit card and committed fraud in the amount of $203.

On Monday at 5:40 p.m., a Quick Circle woman said her cousin stole her puppy out of her yard.

On February 12 at 5:24 p.m., Derrick Williams, 36, 2 Bayou Road, Apt, A-4, Drew was arrested and charged with first-degree arson.

On Thursday at 4 p.m., Alfonso Waller Jr., 23, 1008 Highland St., Belzoni was arrested and charged with conspiracy and first-degree murder.

On Thursday at 4:50 p.m., John David James Jr., 29, 1522 Booker St., Jackson was arrested and charged with shoplifting.

On Thursday at 7:05 p.m., Michael Warfield, 209 South Cliff Finch St., Sunflower was arrested and charged with public drunkenness, simple assault, and disorderly conduct—breach of peace.

On Friday, at 8:20 p.m., Iradell Johnson, 26, 122 North Davis Circle was arrested and charged with conspiracy and first-degree murder.

On Saturday at 9:30 a.m., Michael Fair, 35, 810 Airport Road was arrested and charged with shooting into a dwelling.

On Saturday at 1:18 p.m., LaTonya Nicole Carter, 34, 511 Beaverdam Road was arrested and charged with no proof of liability insurance, resisting arrest, no/expired driver's license, giving false information or identification to law enforcement officers and disturbing the peace.

On Saturday at 1:30 p.m., Charles Johnson, 35, 511 Beaverdam Road was arrested and charged with contempt of court.

On Sunday at 1:51 p.m., Stacey Williams, 50, 337 Wilshire St., Jackson was arrested and charged with introduction of alcoholic beverage on MDOC grounds.
