Indianola police made the following arrests,
On Sunday at 10:40 a.m., Larry D. Taylor, 58, 108 Colonial Drive, Cleveland was arrested and charged with shoplifting after a Walmart employee said he stole $195 worth of beer and steaks.
On Monday at 11:51 a.m., Jonathon Ballard, 18, 94 Skelton Road was arrested and charged with simple assault after a 24-year-old Holly Drive, Moorhead woman, two 28-year-old Oswald Avenue, Moorhead women and a 27-year-old Johnny Russell Drive, Moorhead woman said he pointed a black handgun at them when they were leaving the Walmart parking lot.
On Saturday at 7:18 p.m., Rediyah Reginae Burns, 19, 810 Airport Road Apt., 26 was arrested and charged with reckless driving, running a stop sign, improper passing, fleeing--failure to stop when officers signal and possession of a controlled substance. While responding to a large fight in progress at the Bethune Center on Bates Street, a white Nissan Sentra, reportedly driven by Burns, passed an officer's unit headed north on Garrard Avenue and reportedly almost caused an accident. Officers reported that they seized 2.7 grams of marijuana and a magazine for a Smith & Wesson handgun.
On June 23 at 6:28 p.m., Kelvin Lamar Whitehead, 39, 908 East Martin Luther King Drive, Cleveland and Tricia Ann Phillips, 26, 215 Church St., were arrested and both charged with simple domestic violence after officers were called to George's Lounge on Church Avenue.
On Thursday at 2:04 p.m., Robert Earl Givens, 46, 9384 Highway 17, Carrollton, Mississippi was arrested and charged with shoplifting after a Walmart employee said he stole approximately $80 worth of merchandise including a bicycle and a hose mender.
On June 23 at 10:25 p.m., Antonie L. Jackson, 35, 109 Gillespie Drive and Erica Shyrese Hodges 24, 622 Garrard Ave., were arrested and charged with grand larceny after a 31-year-old Torino Drive man said they stole his 2007 Chevrolet Impala near Discount Food Mart.

On Saturday at 7:06 a.m., a 46-year-old Janet Davis Circle woman said a friend, a Church Avenue man, assaulted her in the 300 block of Church Avenue.
On June 24 at 12:21 a.m., a 37-year-old Kennedy Circle woman reported damage to a 2007 Chevrolet Suburban near Easy Street and Garrard Avenue.
On June 26 at 12:44 p.m., a 66-year-old Mamie Road, Inverness woman and a 71-year-old Bryd Road woman, driving a 1993 Ford truck and a 2014 Nissan truck, were involved in an accident at Wah Sings Chinese restaurant.
On June 24 at 7:12 a.m., a Birch Street woman said someone broke into her 2008 Mazda. No items were listed as stolen.
On June 23 at 3:49 p.m., a 62-year-old Roberts Road man said someone stole a $200 side mirror off of his 2010 Chevrolet Silverado.
On Saturday at 2:11 p.m., an 18-year-old Broadmoor Drive woman and a 73-year-old King Williams Road woman, driving a 2012 Chevrolet truck and a 2017 Nissan Sentra, were involved in an accident in the 600 block of U.S. Highway 82.
On Thursday at 11:14 a.m., a 40-year-old Lincoln Street woman said someone used her identity to fraudulently get unemployment benefits.
On Friday at 10:13 a.m., a 52-year-old Saint Mary Street, Metairie, Louisiana man driving a Kenworth tractor-trailer truck damaged a utility pole in the 200 block of Front Street
On Monday at 4:48 p.m., a 32-year-old Chapman Street woman said her child's father, a 29 year old Lee Street, Isola man, threatened to hurt her.
On Sunday at 5:23 a.m., a 35-year-old Third Avenue woman said someone broke into her 2003 Chevrolet Tahoe truck, but nothing was listed as stolen.
On Monday at 9:49 p.m., a 25-year-old Fountain Avenue woman said her mother's boyfriend, a 32-year-old Whittington Drive man, pulled a gun on her.
On Saturday at 8:14 p.m., a 36-year-old Jeff Davis Street woman said a 36-year-old Walker Street man and a 16-year-old Henderson Street boy assaulted her 15-year-old son and 16-year-old daughter on Galaxie Circle.

On Friday at 12:54 p.m., a 42-year-old Patricia Drive woman said someone fraudulently used her name to get unemployment benefits.

On June 22 at 3:51 p.m., a 71-year-old Kinlock Road man said a 53-year-old Oak Street man stole his vehicle keys valued at $50, and $25 cash out of his 2009 Dodge van.

On Friday at 5:53 p.m., a Jefferson Street woman said a 16-year-old Roosevelt Street boy stole a Remington firearm valued at $549 that was owned by a 69-year-old Jefferson Street man.
On Saturday at 12:32 a.m., a 29-year-old Church Avenue man and a 50-year-old Church Avenue woman said someone shot into their home.
On Sunday at 7:55 p.m., a 31-year-old Spoonbill Court woman said her ex-boyfriend, a 30-year old Broadmoor Drive man, assaulted her by hitting her in the face with his fist; however, officer said there was no visible sign of injuries.

On Saturday at 7:38 p.m., a 35-year-old Porter Drive woman said a 13-year-old Broadmoor Drive boy was assaulted by a 16-year-old Henderson Street boy and a 35-year-old Whipoorwhill Drive Greenville man.
