Indianola police made the following arrests,
On Sunday at 11:47 a.m., Thomas Conn Westbrook, 45, 600 Chapman St., was arrested and charged with shoplifting after a Shoppers Value Foods employee said he stole a $6 pack of paper towels, a $5 pack of Charmin toilet tissue, $15 worth of chemicals and assorted cleaning supplies, a $3 can of Spam, $2 worth of Vienna sausages, a $6 pack of Unisom sleep aid gels, $2 worth of candy and $4 worth of sodas.
On Friday at 6:09 a.m., Aaron Marcel Beamon, 25, 201 Wiggins Road was arrested and charged with resisting arrest, disturbing the peace and disorderly conduct (failure to comply with the requests of an officer) after officers were called to the Double Quick store on Second Street about a disturbance.

On July 16 at 3:12 p.m., a 59-year-old Falcon Street, Greenwood woman, driving a 2016 Dodge, said a 46-year-old Highway 430 East, Vaiden, Mississippi man driving a Kenworth Mack tractor/trailer truck hit her vehicle while she was inside of Turner's Downtown Market. The woman said witnesses told her the truck hit and damaged the back left side of her car when it was leaving the store. Managers at the store were able to contact the trucking company and get the driver's information. The driver said that he did not recognize that he had hit another vehicle.
On July 22 at 11:38 a.m., a 55-year-old Lee Street woman said a 39-year-old East Broadway, Yazoo City woman keeps calling her phone and harassing her after she has told her to stop calling.
On Thursday at 10:58 a.m., a Turner's Downtown Market employee said someone stole some flowers out of a flowerpot.
On Sunday at 12:04 a.m., a 48-year-old Mimosa Drive man, driving a 2014 Dodge Ram truck, backed into a metal pole near the Double Quick store on the corner of U.S. Highway 82 and Catchings Avenue.
On July 22 at 7:08 a.m., a 25-year-old Bates Street woman said someone broke into her 2011 Chevrolet Malibu and stole a backpack.
On Saturday at 4:37 p.m., a 78-year-old Beaverdam Road man said a 28-year-old Bates Street woman assaulted him and vandalized the passenger-side window and the windshield of his 1998 Chevrolet Silverado pickup.
On June 21 at 3:42 a.m., after officers were called to the South Sunflower County Hospital emergency room, a 39-year-old Hampton Street man said a 42-year-old Hampton Street man assaulted him.
On Friday at 8:58 a.m., a 37-year-old Walker Street woman and a 29-year-old Birdsong Street man were reportedly involved in a domestic dispute that happened on Thursday night in the 400 block of Walker Street.
On Sunday at 2:11 a.m., a 33-year-old Gillespie Drive woman reported that her 16-year-old son had run away.

On Friday at 9:57 p.m., Willie Lee Stowers, 58, 121 Campbell Drive was arrested and charged with domestic violence with injuries.
